IIRC an industry guy confirmed he signed with fox racing for 450s.

I noticed on another insta post he didnt have a number on his jersey... must not have decided yet

I hope he isn't putting a lone 9 on the front and side of that bike. That said, it doesn't really matter. I just thought it was cool when we went back to his roots and used the 2 digit.

Somewhat agree...but AC could also look at his 450 ride as a new beginning and go with the 9.

I can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic because some people were adamant that he would sign with alpinestars again but no that is one of the new Fox helmets I think it’s the V3 but I could be wrong.

Fox head to toe.

I love his 92 number but I have since changed to think the 9 would be great and a new beginning to 450.

That said, aren't there lower numbers available like 5 or 8? I've lost track.

That's What they work hard for to earn a single Digit. Because Numbers Matter , and that is exactly why the Permanent number system is awful
Is because numbers matter.

Who were the last holders of the 8 and 9 plates? My mind is drawing a complete blank.
Dungey obviously for 5, but feels like its been a long time since 8/9 were run?

Langston was 8 last and Tedesco was 9.

I could be wrong but I don't remember anyone running these 2 numbers since Langston and Tedesco.

Every time I think of the #9 I'm reminded of Tedesco when he rode Hondas. Only reason I want AC to keep 92 lol

I’d like to see him keep 92 personally. I feel like he’s made a brand with that number. He’s only a few years younger as me but watched him growing up racing as a kid and anytime he didn’t have that 92 on his bike it felt weird. In fact without going back to his social media I can’t remember what numbers he had before the permanent number...292, 44, 36...

Good luck AC

AC sure has a big frame he has grown up to, hard to imagine how small he was when he started.

Most Pro’s are like the rest of us. Come out as tiny babies and grow until we are 18-20. Tongue
