RC has been improving but I hate how much action he misses during his long rants/trips down memory lane.

If you can't understand Blair maybe you should either clean out your ear wax or go get some English lessons.

He is doing a fantastic job and offers real experience. RC has the racing experience but stumbles alot.

Blair is the best TV personality in the sport right now. He works on his craft and is getting better all the time, it’s only a matter of time before he is upstairs. I did appreciate RC giving his opinions last night. I didn’t agree with him but loved hearing his opinions. I thought RC had a good night in Seattle.

Daniel doesn’t know that path like him. You can crap on RC all day but you’d have to be daft to not want to have him around to learn from.

IMO Ricky is better. He can communicate the same concepts as Blair in fewer words.
Blair raced but doesn't have the perspective of winning or even winning championships. No his lites Areana cross championship does not count in my eyes.

I'd love to learn something from Ricky's commentary in the booth but it's just not happening. That was then and this is now. His way is the old way. He was the best of his time but he sucks as an announcer and that's just the way it is. No wonder Ralph keeps going to Blair.

Did Jeff knock it out of the park in his first full year?

No RC isn’t a great announcer, but it’s not his announcing style that interests me. He is barely “good enough” when speaking, yes. I don’t listen to him to figure out race info per se’, I listen to race info to figure out him.

When Reed crashed RC sounded very sincere when he said he hopes Reed is not hurt. Reminded me of Waltrip during 3 crash. RIP Dale. I don't think Blair could express the same vibe.

Decotis looked good and he is short. That Suzuki looks great. RC had the wrong set up if you ask those in the know.
