I like both guys, and AJ’s comments were taken out of context. That being said, when you’re on a public radio show, you have to realize that the internet is written in ink, not pencil... you gotta be careful. His apology was solid though.

I disagree. I feel he was only coming up with an excuse because he sees everyone’s reaction and still is half ass apologizing.

He was obviously talking about the ratio between rider skill and number of IG followers. I know of several pros who could school 99% of people, but have like 3000 followers. That’s all he was saying...pretty obvious if you’re not a drama queen.

I don't know how much attention that Buttery dude got when he was a kid..
But it was either too much or not enough..

IMO Catanzaro probably shouldn't have said what he said the way he said it... But for Buttery to then put it on his insta page with footage of him riding so his 'fans' could fix his boo boo is pretty fucken lame..

I used to think the whole Buttery/Medium thing was silly when I first came across them with their footage from Glendale amatuer day last year, thought they were a bit try hard etc. But obviously as you hear more about them you look into them more, and now I absolutely hang out for their vlogs. Buttery, and Medium, are legit just two young dudes that enjoy riding bikes and producing content. Buttery drives a beat to shit truck, Medium doesn't even drive as far as I know, and they just... ride bikes and have fun. Their content has caught them a lot of attention and a following, so good on them.
