I don’t know, three of these is enough, maybe 5 of the 17 tops. I don’t know what it is, I was kind of into last nights races but by the 3rd main, I was starting to feel like I was losing interest and I dont really have a reason why.

Just combine 250/450 class and run 3 20 minute races each night. One class. Can you imagine a field of riders of that talent level. Would be epic.

Maybe have a consolation main for the riders that didn’t make the night program.

Yes please. The heats and lcqs for gate pick are so insanely boring. Watching 3 mains with all of the fastest riders rocks.

I think if they are going to continue doing the triple crowns they need to restructure the points.

Maybe triple the payout at regular rounds and then pay regular points for each of the races at a triple crown.

That would keep riders from cruising in the third race once they know they have the overall locked up and allow somebody that has a bad night to at least score some points

Big fan of the triple crown as they structured it, with 3 equal motos.

Otherwise it's not enough racing for a 3 hour broadcast (especially with the semis gone).
For A1 and AZ, I found myself watching the DVR recording, about a hour after official start, then after the first hour, FF to live coverage for final hour (and main events).

Webb riding around in 3rd to take the win. Lame. Zero urgency.

Yep if they call them mains they should pay points. This would get rid of the "settling" if you know your position isn't affected if someone passes you in the 3rd "main". It would also allow people to salvage some points if they have one bad "main" and are out of a decent point paying overall.

FELD surveyed people to get their opinion on the triple crowns last year. I believe those responses influenced the decision to not include more this year.

I’m fine with 3 but I prefer the traditional format of having an actual main event. The buildup to the main is exciting, the main event is the climax and knowing that it’s all on the line for one race makes for better racing rather than riders settling for a third because he knows it gives him the overall. You don’t see that in outdoors because they pay championship points per moto.

I would do 2 semi-finals, then a consolation race to give one last chance for the faster riders who had bad luck in the semi-finals, to make up the 22 rider field for the final.

I will never understand why people don’t like it from a fan perspective. You get around 40 minutes of points paying aggressive racing with battles all over the track each and every Moto. I’ve never seen more exciting racing and all people can do is complain about commercials. Either DVR it to fast forward through them all or go take a piss, dump and or grab a snack and get ready for the next one. I love it! Seeing it in person is even better... it actually gets my adrenaline running just watching.

I think it would be perfect if they included the LCQ's into the night program,
It would be longer but i think that would Complete it for me.
Right now it feels like something is missing.

450 race3 was not about aggressive battling, except for lap one. It was a weak conclusion to the night. Top 4 settled in and cruised because of the nature of the scoring.
I prefer heats, semis, lcqs, mains.

Ah yes because watching 2-9th settle in during 4 heats per program for gate picks is so exhilarating compared to Watching all of the top riders 3x each night in each class.

The format works great at MEC, leave SX as SX, MEC as MEC, and for goodness sake, please make a track for racing and not killing the riders.

I was thinking adding the LCQ's to the TV and night program would help.

When you realize that 2.5hrs of foreplay includes dinner, drinks, and hitting up her favorite bar for a nightcap before getting home you'll understand the value of foreplay.

Just had a thought here guys, but we know how difficult it must be to win all three in a night, so what if they offer bonus points for a sweep. Maybe 10-15 points. That might make things a little more interesting.
