Dylan probably doesn't act like a poppet and is not very communicative so probably in his eyes "hard to work with" and that probably irritates the monster energy publicist.

not all change is progress. i rode one, had a blast, and immediately emailed the private trail stewards to tell them the closing speeds would be too high on this two-way trail for safe operation. if you know what you're doing, they feel like a KDX200 in the woods. on a busy saturday, you pass people by the handful.
there are no cast parts because the s/w creates either a heavy bike or a liability. product design lifecycles are 4+ years for all major components, including frames. folks on average keep their bikes about the same amount of time as motocrossers and put considerably more hours on them during that time with little more than chains, seals, tires, rotors...

im more referring to the materials and construction than the tech. there aren't many *cast* aluminum parts on a good MTB, if any. get back to me when motocross bikes are using EPS or RTM carbon for the mainframes.
9k dirtbike is not overpriced. they do a great job amortizing their R&D and working with suppliers to supply quality and performant components at high volumes. Avid doesn't exist anymore. Hello. Specialized is evil, but has some great innovation in there in places. MTB frames don't cost $5K, only boutique road frames (ironically) that are marketed to dentists. you can...
wasn't referring to intense specifically. i own one. intense was failing for many reasons. there's a good podcast with steber over at vitalmtb. marketing and customer loyalty is EVERYTHING in the MTB world. see: Yeti.
a motocross bike built to the same level with similar materials would be $35K. stock motocross bikes are built pretty cheaply in reality. honestly the aluminum frames on the japanese stuff wouldn't cut it on a walmart mountainbike.
it's a Tazer. the Tracer is a human powered 27.5 intense. Smile but yes shimano does the electronics and it works pretty well. a bit of overrun in boost mode you have to watch out for going into tight corners. almost needs a clutch. the fat rear tire works on the ebike. 27.5 rear 29 front is doing really well...

Yeah Adam didn’t just loose it tonight. He had 2 or 3 nights where he made crucial mistakes which creates pressure he shouldn’t have going into Vegas

As much as i dislike Webb, that answer was pretty straight forward. The man spoke the truth.

Denny and his crew are party rat guys. Not good dudes. I expect nothing less from him and the company he keeps.

I wanted to see the good in Ricky but I realize that he just lacks the ability to articulate his insight, and when he does his insight just isn't very good. Compare and contrast that with a guy like Ciancarulo, whose interview last night was probably the best I've ever seen in sports.

Las Vegas round was just so bad to listen. When he was in the zone for Webb taking title he could not get anything out from mouth than same line again and again. For sure... Tomac.. For sure..

Wonder why his comments are turned off on his last Instagram post asking the fans what they thought of his first year in the booth.
