As usual, I don't know how to embed. Motogp rider grabbed the front brake of the guy beside him. Pretty greasy!

I slapped a mate in the visor right before the hard braking point into the turn 2 hairpin on the first lap. He was front row, I was second row. He was Supersport 600, I was Superstock 600. I did it because I told his dad he was a pussy around turn one off the grid and that he would wouldn’t take it flat and he never listened to his dad. I ran wide turn 2 but it was worth it.
This is another level right up there with Marvin Musquin!!! Haha

I've heard of old school mx guys kicking the rear brake or shifter off the start, but never the front and never at 100+mph lol.

Yes, read the same stuff in a Frank Hoppen story.

Update

Fenati has been fired from his current team, and his future employers (MV Agusta) have said they don't want him representing their brand.

He's kicked a rider in the past. Sadly, he's talented enough that someone will hire him eventually, maybe in domestic series like CIV (Italian Superbikes).

Dang!

It reminds me a little of Stewart hitting Villopoto's rear brake at A2 in 2014, and Villo ending up on the ground.

Ive seen guys kick shifters before on the start but never grab a brake... thats hardcore. I wonder what led up to that?

Supposedly the guy ran him into the gravel pit earlier in the race and this was retaliation for that. Still a bone head move that could have had dire consequences, he got what he deserved.

Would have been funny to see Fenati lose the front end for taking a hand off the bar

That could have been really bad for the other rider.
But apparently it's not as bad as what Broc Tickle did. He only gets a 2-race ban Huh

You mean this fully intentional pull of a front brake at over 100mph on tarmac is akin to Stewart and Villopoto making contact accidentally at about 10mph? Sounds about right Huh

Also, Stewarts leg got caught in Potos front wheel, no where near the rear brake

That is why I said 'reminds me a little' instead of 'reminds me alot'. Rewatch the video over and over. This was discussed when it happened years ago. You can see Villo's rearend slideout when Stewart's foot goes down and back toward Villo's brake/boot.. Your picture is at the tail end of the incident when Stewart was moving forward and Villo was crashing. By that point, Stew's foot was off Villo's brake/boot, and moving forward to the front tire area. I'm not a Stew hater and Villo nut rider. I enjoyed watching both of them race.

Perfect example of when one poor decision can impact the rest of your life. Dudes now blackballed for life over a 1 second lapse in judgement. Smfh
