I like the idea of the charitable component, whether it’s for Puerto Rico, or some other entity. I also like two-strokes. I hope people are buying like crazy from the web site. The stuff might make for an interesting collectible on a weird footnote to the biggest MX event we’ve seen in the U.S.
I’m not crazy about the idea of a fictional character lining up next to the elite riders of the sport.
Then there’s the event poaching, attempting to step on the Team USA announcement, and some of the other nonsense that went on at Unadilla...

$189.95 - $239.95
It would be cool to see Team USA get in on raising money for Peurto Rico (or some other charitable idea) too.
Edit: that and your 3:3 analogy doesn’t exactly apply unless they’re slowing the US and PR team to combine their scores: )
Mike Brown
Chris Allredge
Three men who can ride a two stroke like a bat outta hell.
Instead - Pastrana can sign autographs, Ronnie can drink beer in the pits.
Edit: To clarify, I don’t mean this post as a dig at the population of PR, more a commentary of the sad reality there and their government.
I'm fine with Ronnie being there but I don't see how "he" could actually race. Jimmy either needs to race as himself because Ronnie "got arrested, broke his leg, etc." or somebody like Brownie or Stankdog should be in that spot.

It's called "Dropping the Mic"!
Rob probably thought about the ISDT(s?) Steve did.
I'd seen, and saved, that picture of The King Of Cools licence.
Not sure if I'm right, but the original On Any Sunday may have used the Harvey Mushman name even with the coverage / reference to the Six Day, not just the other event(s) they mentioned Steve as being in?
The man was no 'Hollywood Poseur Biker', that's for sure - he was one of Us!
I also find it a bit interesting that this charade is being cloaked in "it's for charity" to somehow make this more palatable. That seems a bit disingenuous to be honest. Not knocking them on it, but still. Would a RC, RV, JS team get more charitable donations over TP, Mac, Sipes? What about Forkner, TP199, and Justin Cooper.
Maybe, maybe not.
Anyways, let the charade continue I guess. It's for charity after all.
Pit Row
+1 for Brownie over Ronnie Mac
