Fast forward to the Sydney SX and visiting riders from the USA have no problem signing anything, including opposing sponsors gear, replica number plates ect.
Whether they like it or not they are role models to many and should try and act accordingly.
Maybe Reed could learn a thing or two from the little girls who gave away their signed plate to another child.... It doesn’t take much effort to brightens someone’s day or even life. For many fans, meeting their idols is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I think some riders/athletes/celebrities forget that they were once fans too.
You can still be a fan but admit he pulled a dick head move.
Replica plates don't kill people. People kill people...
One does not have to look far to find someone trying to sell pro pants and jerseys for a few hundred dollars each.
Maybe he thought you were a reseller.
Can you post a photo of the plate in question?
I wonder what Michael Jordan would say if someone asked him to sign a "replica" pair of Air Jordans.
And if Jordan said no fuck you, what would happen if the person trying to get them signed made a post about it on Vital Basketball.

(also, who has the pics of Kenny signing that hot blonde's tits at RedBud?) - asking for a friend
Come on mate he's a motocross rider not santa clause
I can't imagine his sponsors care what he signs when it is brought to him. How can he control that. I'm guessing he didn't want to have it sold for profit only. I would probably do the same thing if a grown man came up to me with a bunch of stuff to sign. Probably don't want those types as fans anyway. If a kid brings it to you to sign......sign it man..
I personally can't imagine a grown man standing in line for any signature from another person.

Also thanks to Ricky too for signing the red on green plate with a big number 1, no problems. Didn't bother with the OP because it has seemed like such a chore in the past, despite him being a favourite rider and coming from 15 minutes away.
Post a reply to: Chad reed wouldn't sign my replica front plate
