It would be cool if they added some mud races.

EDIT: I just got done watching RC's EPIC Millville lap the field race!! Got me to thinking.

I got pushed out of playing because of the bike upgrades. I was a casual player, but once it was required to race 1000 or something people to level up your bike and remain competitive I quit. Oh yeah, $10 bike upgrades are BS too.

That's why you race the "versus" races. You move up quick doing that. Took me about a month to get the top level bike.

You don't have to finish 1,000 races, you just have to attempt 1,000 races. So every attempt that you go and crash during Versus or Weekly Jam races and hit restart is an attempt towards the 1,000 races.

It can go quick if you get hooked.

The only upgrades that takes awhile should be the race 3 Jam weeks in a row, takes 9-15 days if you time it right and the reach Level 50 in Versus. But if you are trying to get 1,000 attempts , do it in Versus, get to level 50 and go from bike 5 to bike 9 in a week. Bike's 10 and 11 are easy upgrades.

Agree. Having to keep paying to race friends every few weeks and paying to upgrade the bike to be able to race them is why stopped playing the game as well. I don't have the time to get the upgrades through a ton of versus races and stuff. If you add up all the money you are spending over time it gets ridiculous for a mobile app.

I personally think you need the seat time on the 1000 attempts to be able to use the faster bikes well anyways.

I almost did the same until I realized it's races begun, not finished. So I just held the throttle and hit the reset button for an hour or so and away we go. After you get through that the upgrades are a lot easier.

I stopped playing for a similar reason. I got to bike 7. I wanted to start playing again with the monthly track packs subscription but in order to be competitive on those you need the faster bikes. Just to unlock bike 8 (there are 11 total) you have to reach level 25 on versus mode which will take a long time or you can pay $10. $10 for one bike upgrade is asinine.

Once I figured this out I cancelled my subscription and stopped playing again. All I'm interested in is playing the tracks offline but this game basically forces you to play online.

They need to stop catering the tracks to the top fastest 1000 people. Most of the people i know that have quit didn't quit due to upgrades etc they quit because the tracks just weren't fun anymore. Its gotten to the point if you cant ride the whole track on 1 wheel and scrub every jump then your slow and you wont clear most of the jumps. Thats awesome for about the top 5% of the games players but for everyone else it sucks.
I stay in division 3 pretty much all the time and thats with about 15 total tries per week. Ive tried to learn how to keep it on one wheel and honestly I just dont have the time to invest in figuring it out. If you look at the rankings and the number of players now compared to the number of plays a year ago its pretty obvious they need to change something and change it pretty fast.

It's been that way since day one. Go back and look at all the winning laps by Master52.

It's funny people whine about racing online the same way they do in real life..

These complaints are cracking me up lately. It takes about 3 weeks to earn everything in the game without paying.

Due to getting new phones, or accounts, or whatever, I've played through 3-4 times. I have given them money in the past just because it's a great game and they deserve to get paid, but never paid for a bike or anything. There's absolutely no need to pay a cent to play forever.

I know its always been back wheel riding but the tracks werent nearly as difficult to ride.

Its funny people find a way to talk shit about other people no matter what they say online because they suck in real life and its the only way they ever get to feel what it is like to be more than just a loser....

I think they've heard that complaint, the last couple bikes haven't required all that online crap.

Butt hurt much?

The reality is if you don't like the game or don't want to pay to support it just don't play. I find it hilarious people complain about a game that gives you 2 completely different ways to achieve the top level bike and people still complain. I personally like the challenge of the newer tracks and having to remember when to pin it or hit the brakes.

Here's my 14th attempt on the second track this week. I doubt I will be in division 3 with this laptime....

I agree! I have been playing a year and I am at level 70/102. It's definitely the best app on the planet and the versus tracks get updated every Sunday and a new Jam every Thursday. For a free app, I'll take it. I don't mind if I have to spend 3.99 here or there. The guys that created the app deserve to get something for this awesome game.

Funny how some people interpret opinions from others in a discussion forum that don't match theirs as whining.

They should run different classes. run bike 1 one week and so forth. It makes for learning different lines on one track.

Haha my nephews are only on bike 6 and sometimes they ask me to unlock tracks and stuff and it is a challenge to go back to those bikes and remember what they can and can't do!

I am on level 70/255 and I dont even win much and have everything unlocked. Its fun to play when i am waiting at the DMV or any one of a thousand other places that I have some down time and can throw down a few rounds.
3/17/2017 4:37am
this game is like todays version of excitebike. it's awesome! and ive never had to buy a bike since bike 4. just complete the challenges and get upgraded for free. (bike level 4 for some reason wouldn't upgrade even by completing the challenges so when bike 6 was out and I was 2 bikes behind I went ahead and made a purchase. as much as ive played for free I didn't mind throwing in a few dollars..

Does anyone notice that a lot of times the track is the same as the supercross track the weekend previous, but only straight without the turns. They did i last year and this year i think 4-5 times

the new track maps in the career mode have me pulling my hair out. i bet i've reset over 1000 times per track in the last few days lol

#1 in Utah in a few of them, and i can't even beat Ace.

that said, i'll agree that some of the latest tracks are insanely difficult and drop the fun factor a bit
