I'm not sure whose life we'd make better by allowing snapchat screenshots, or leaving up crappy photos of someone getting arrested. But I'm pretty sure they're not people I'd want to hang out with.

News is news, man. I get that you don't like it, and I get that you're probably buds with a lot of these guys...but by picking and choosing what you're going to allow for discussion as "news" , you are setting one helluva precedent that I think will ultimately come back to bite you.

Based on his history it's hard to not just label him guilty and move on but until he is declared guilty I don't think it's in good form to post photos civilians took of him getting arrested. Had it been a mug shot sure, but I think it was smart of the original poster (who requested the photos to be taken down) to have them taken down.

If there's something that keeps popping up as news (DM Snapchat or Nico's legal issues), then DEAL with it. Take a stance and explain why, for the time being, there won't be any discussion on the topic because of XYZ reasons. Again, at least you're telling us WHY, and it adds so much legitimacy to the place as a news organization as you know that there are other sites out there talking about it.
The Cole Seely interview was another thing altogether as it was pretty apparent that you took it down simply because he agent asked you to, and that's lame as well. How would you feel getting an honest, unvarnished interview with JS7 only to have his agent say "Yeah, that's too much. Clip it."

We haven't said that Nico's topic is off limits. From the discussion here, it's obviously not. (Of course, some people have gone too far with the things they're accusing him of, but that's a different issue.) When/if he doesn't show up for next week's race. Until then? He was the 30th-place qualifier in Atlanta. I'll chase the story with all the zeal that you'd expect for a 30th-place qualifier. It's not exactly like we're chasing front page news.
If you don't like how we do things, there are plenty of other venues to check out.
As for the rest, I've been beyond polite and respectful with you throughout this discussion. Getting to the point where you simply invite me to leave is.....well.....lame.
