8/21/2017 11:43am for me personally, my diet (No red meat, dairy, ) and caffeine intake eliminated arm pump almost completely. I say almost because I take long periods off the bike.

3/31/2017 11:31am After working around NFL and retired NFL athletes and seeing the everyday pain they go through everyday, In the long, run I'd guess NFL is more taxing on your body. A lot of these guys are carrying absurd amounts of weight on them affecting joints. A lot of these retired NFL players are aching and in pain 24/7.
A lot of experts believe ADHD isn't a real disorder. More so "symptoms" of something else physiologically. There's lots of evidence behind adderall being virtually the same as crystal meth, but I'm too lazy to cite it. Basically a multi billion dollar pharmaceutical business. Research it for yourself.
