I have way to many sets. up until last year I only made maybe 3 or 4. Lately (last few years) I've went on a gear buying binge. I'm probably around 10-12 sets that are less or around a year old. so probably 15 total. 2 helmets, 2 sets of boots. Nothing brand specific. I have Thor, TLD, Answer, MSR, Fly, Fox and moose. I have issues haha.

I have about 5 or 6 sets but three of the are from 02 or older . I'm just happy I can still fit in them . Socal makes some good long lasting stuff btw.

Yeah it was some sale and its was like 52$. I love the gear. I ride a lot and haven't had any holes or rips in the pants

My son and I wear the same size, so we pool our gear so we can double our options. Between the two of us, we have 7 sets and 3 chest protectors. We don't share Helmets and boots, of which we each have one.

Two sets of Fox stuff from the mid 90's. In boxes, packed away in the basement.
One set of newer Fox from 2012 I think.
One set of Fly from 2013.
Going to need new soon though. I've gained almost 20 pounds since then and the pants are snug. Too the point where I'm riding with them unfastened.

Two sets of pants and jerseys, two pairs of gogles, one helmet and one pair of boots.
Need to get another helmet and boots since they don't have anough time to dry when I ride for 2 days in a row and there's nothing worse than getting your feet into yesterday's-sweat-wet-boots.

I think 5, 2 helmets, 2 chest pros, 1 pair of boots and braces, lotsa gloves, 2 pair goggles though I have snow A-frames too (left my mx-gogs at 2am!)

8 sets, 3 helmets, 2 pair boots, 12+ sets of goggles. I only have 2 new sets of gear for moto, the rest is old gear from my racing days that I use for woods riding now. Back in the day of "free" gear I would always give mine away to the younger kids that needed it

Every thing Fasthouse makes, which all matches, so 5-6 jerseys and 5'6 pairs of pants are actually like 25 sets of gear. Say No to Clown Vomit gear.

10 sets of Fox/Shift gear. most of it is stuff 16 and 3 sets of 17 stuff.
4 prs of Instincts
4 Fox V3 helmets.
12pr of goggles. (don't like wearing sweaty goggles)
20prs of gloves (same as above)
Don't ask me why I have all of this shit and trust me if my wife ever went into my trailer she's had an Fn cow :-)

3 sets of pants/jerseys (but only use 2, 1 is still fresh and will replace one of the other 2 when that one is finished)
3 sets of goggles (Had 1 set, wanted a 2nd one and bought 2 when there was a clearance)
3 sets of gloves (i like to have multiple clean set of gloves with me, especially when the track is muddy)

i only have one (set) for all other stuff (helmet, boots, etc.)

I probably look at the online shops for mx gear once every week, and really want to buy, but i manage to not buy stuff.

I usually go through 5 sets of gear, 2-3 pairs of boots and 2 helmets in a year.

The gear doesn't usually get too worn unless I crash in it.

I end up selling some whenever Fox comes out with new gear or some LE stuff.

the msr stuff by far have outlasted any of my other stuff. which ironically is the cheapest.

still have my first msr gearset from like 7 years ago when I got back into riding. lil dingy but no rips and buckle an zipper are still intact

the shift stuff was the most expensive. cant even wear the pants anymore from the holes on the legs.

fox seems to hold up decent although the pants are a lil baggy for my liking.

Way too many for a guy who hasn't ridden since his first kid arrived on the scene. Even in my serious days I only got one set per season (jersey, pants, gloves). But some of those where the legs held up I can still use if I want, and I like/liked riding in totally different gear each time. I have sets all the way back from when my dad raced in the 70's, my first sets of my own were the camo Emig Shift stuff, but then after that at least a set of gear each year from either Thor, Fox, No Fear (MC days), or Shift back when all of us wacky kids wanted to look like Seth. Only two helmets still in rotation, both Troy Lee, and two sets of goggles both Spy. The only gloves I own that are not set related are my Deft Family ones (which I love).
