Maybe they offered him a nice chunk of money that he couldn't pass up, or perhaps he surprised himself and wants to make a serious comeback. Going to the races and finishing right behind the current world champion would have that kind of affect on his decision, I would imagine..

Heard rumors about Paulin moving to suzuki too (despite his contract with hrc for 2016)

If both true, Paulin and Townley for suzuki in mxgp seems like a good team !

April fools yeah... He officially said in a few itw that he's not doing anything after MXON, and he don't want to go back to MXGP. He said he got a family in New Zealand and he's happy with the life he's living.
