With team member Webb as the wild card, I think Jeremy guts the 2015 Outdoors Title out.

So hard to tell. Jmart was fast at Utah last year so if he repeats that it looks good for him.
As an almost - French guy I'm pulling for musquin ofcourse but both of them deserve that title.

Jeremy definitely has the right kind of guys to run interference if there is interference to be run between his brother and teammate. I think he is faster than musquin most days but musquin has been able to put it together all season and keep it interesting. Tough to say but if I were betting, I'd go with Martin. I like both riders equally. It's pretty even odds.

Although, I think Webb might want the title to go to musquin in an odd way. He doesn't seem too concerned about helping the team out strategically. It would be interesting to see what would happen if Webb was ahead of Martin and Martin needed the position for the title. I don't think Webb would give it up.

It seems like inconsistency has been the spoiler for both these guys this year. I give Martin the edge for the win in any given moto, but it will take that plus consistency to beat Musquin.

The near SX in Utah may favor Musquin. Horse a piece in Indiana especially if it rains. Hope it comes down to the last turn of the last moto. Martin already has the title so Im going for Musquin.

Before Washougal I'd say for sure Webb would rather Marvin win it than Jeremy. Since all this "cross-jumping" drama started, no freakin way.

I'm pulling for Marv, and I'm pissed Webb had to go and drive himself into the ground that last lap and put JM +2 to MM. Ghey.

I guess Martin and Webb will be very fast in Utah and MM might slip back inthe points. Hopefully not and he brings speed & holeshots to finish ahead of JM overall.

I think Martin gets the nod in sheer speed and can really hang it out without consequence. However, JM has that occasional moto where he gets a mediocre start and can't seem to pass anyone. On the other hand, sometimes he comes through the pack like a wildman and makes it look effortless. For Marvin, I'd say when he has a bad moto there is a good reason, ie: dirt in his goggles, or was in a pileup etc. Marvin seems to rebound very well after a bad race and is good at turning things around. This is one you can't call, and that is why this championship run has been the best in years

I know this would probably never happen but...

How great would it be if Dungey wraps up the 450 title at Utah, then KTM puts him on the 250 at the finale to run interference for Marv? I'm not saying he would be there to "Let Marv Bye," just to be a rider capable of finishing ahead of Jeremy if needed.

I know, I know - there are a lot of reasons why they wouldn't do it, but it sure would be interesting to watch.

Love for Mushy to win, he's been pretty unreal all year, it'd be cool to see him get it before he moves up.

That's what I'm thinking... Moose to win on the moon... Martin wins Ironman...

I know I like marv off the track, I don't know Jeremy as good. But, I rarely want a non-U.S. guy to win here.

Martin won't let this slip from his grasp.

He will win 3 of the last 4 mottos.

Anyone remember the final from Las Vegas the year Marv lost the East 250 title to Will Hahn? He was near last and rode through that pack to finish 2nd behind Bowers. That was one of the most unbelievable charges in SX history. If Marv can do that again (outdoors of course) we're in for a real treat.

Yes I specifically remember the last lap. I don't think I have ever seen someone ride with as much desperation and laying it on the line.

Would be cool to see this battle going until the very last moto of the year...

I think Jeremy will win it but pulling for Mushy just because I love watching him ride and it's his last shot at this class....

They definitely know how to score points. Here's their overall results since Hangtown:

Jeremy Martin: 47/31/50/47/36/37/50/45/39/41
Marvin Musquin: 47/50/29/43/50/39/33/47/43

In comparsion, Savatgy look inconsistent

Big Marvin fan, but Martin just seems to have this attitude where he is never worried.
Where I feel in his riding, Marvin seems so panicked and worried.

Mooscan all day...the guy is an animal on the track and super humble guy off. That being said no one could touch him in the 2nd moto at dilla...not even webb with all his bitching about cross jumping blocking, cutting off or whatever. like others have said though, if webb was faster, then he should have found a way by...no matter what. what i noticed is that webb likes to ride as close to the guy in front of him as possible, putting the pressure on as hard as he can, then likes to bitch that the guy in front took his line, cross jumped, whatever he wants to call it, but he can't make the pass and get by...and he wadded it up trying.

I should say Martin because he's the more logical answer. I think he has the edge in sheer speed, especially on a circuit like the Utah track where he was blistering last year. However I just have a feeling that the momentum is very much with Marvin at the moment and that he's going to pull this title off. Every time the title has looked over or to be heading one way, Musquin has been able to come back.

So I'm going to say Marvin. Hopefully Cooper won't be a a factor in deciding which way it goes. I rather see things play out fairly between Marvin and Martin.

I like both riders but I'd like to see Martin go back to back. Been a few years since we've seen it happen on the 250's.

Agree, I couldn't have said it better. If Musquin stops having those problems and nails the start, it's his title. If Martin stops having mediocre starts and hanging in the back, he will be champion again. I'm really thrilled and can't wait. I think it will be a Canard - Pourcel breakdown at the end of the season. Utah will be a very important round heading to Tennessee. Just a small point lead (more than 5 points), could be a confidence boaster and first step to the 2015 title.

I like both. Both seem to be pretty nice guys that work hard and ride their asses off! I'll be happy for either one that wins it but I just hope bad luck for one of them isnt the deciding factor that the other gets the championship.
