Haha! I am starting to get the feeling that a lot (not all) KTM guys are fanatics about the KTM brand. Almost like everyone who drives a smart car or Prius.

I still don't think were as bad as the Honda nuts. Anytime one of those guys sees something else go wrong with another band you hear the token. " should have bought a Honda"

I just have no need to explore the other brands...I'm sure they are fine...
KTM has never ever disappointed me.

I can say that I've ridden KTMs since before it was cool. 1995, before they were orange. Great bikes. No disrespect to the other brands. They all are nice, just prefer the ones from Austria.

And there is nothing wrong with that. Just pokin a little fun. By the way, the 08 Yamaha to any new brand would be a sifnificant improvement.

I have nothing against them at all. I have ridden yamahas, Suzuki, Honda, and a couple buddies ktms. Currently I have a 14 yamaha 250f. Best bike I have ever ridden. It's all in good fun.

As a KTM nut, i know they are not perfect.

Honda nuts however are just blinded by brand loyalty.

I bought 8 Hondas over the past 10 years. Only 2 of them were "good bikes". I bought a KTM FE450 today. Actually I think the KTM FE looks like ass. Not everyone is a fan boy of what they buy and ride. They are just tools.

I went from yamaha to Suzuki to Honda and then back to yamaha. The honda was my least favorite. My rmz 450 was awesome. But my new yamaha is amazing. I really can't think of a bike being better stock.

I haven't wrote since my KX85 and Ill be getting a KTM150sx, however if KX made a 150 I'd be all over it I just think green looks the best on a bike even though my favourite colour is blue...
