Best bike I've owned is my 02 KX125.

Best bike I've ridden is my buddy's 03 RM125.

One weekend my bike blew the motor during my first moto in the 250 class. With 3 motos left to go (2 in Schoolboy, 1 in 250) My friend let me borrow his RM and it was a rocket. So much more bottom end than my KX it wasn't even funny. Thing was a blast to ride.

Toughest= 1978 Honda XR75- Owned, bike would not quit running!!!!
Best 125= 1999 Yamaha YZ125- Owned, bike had power everywhere!
Best 250 Pre Mixer= 2005 Suzuki Rm250- Ridden that was not mine, easy to ride! Night and day better than a 03!
Best 250F= 2009 Kawasaki KX250f= Owned, bought new, that bike flew!!! I had a modded 08 and it smoked the 08 hands down!!!!
Best 4fiddy= 2007 Honda CRF450= Ridden that was not mine, bike was smooth and fun!
Most Frightening= KX500! Rode 1 time, I was 16, guy got injured in a remote area and I had to get it back to the truck. Pretty scared of it in first-second gear. I would prolly try one today if I could....
These are my opinions, I've ridden lots of bikes and these were my favorites!

I have not ridden a New Rmz450 yet...... I'm thinking I will get a new one next year, Barely here anything bad about them.....

Also loved my XR600R. Handled so good for a porker.

VFR800 for street... such a dream to ride

1982 RM250Z. Hands down the best Motocross bike for it's time. New standard of performance for the time. Handles great, totally rips, reliable, all ways starts on the first kick. Joy to own and ride. Suspension awesome. Good to today's standard.

It's a tie between my 1999 KX60 and my 2003 YZ125. I've really come to appreciate how great the gearbox is on the Yamaha.

2006 rm250 RC edition. Love the way it rides for both track and trail, plus RC was the man and I love the yellow rims.

x2 on the '82 zook. I had a set of the Fox Factory forks on it and that bike handled like a dream. I was at my peak as a rider when I had that bike and it was just a blast to ride. Wish I would have never sold it...

74 Monark 125 bought it at the same shop Marty Smith was riding for. Magazines called as close to factory that you could buy.

I kinda forgot about those 60's! They were pretty unique! I never had one as a kid, I knew a couple people's kids that had them, they never had any troubles with them......

The 2003 YZ125, was that basically the same as the 99 but with a white air box? Plastic update? When the 2001 model came out, I went to the dealer and bought a new white air box to make the bike look newer......Lol! MXA said the temp by the air filter was 4-5 degrees cooler than the black air box from the sun.... I can not even describe how much shit I got from my riding buddies on that deal! Idk? I'm asking before I looked it up.

I'm not the biggest Yamaha guy anymore, but those 125's hauled ass!

Could not come to terms with the handling on a track tho, maybe the 08-10 generation was better? Woods was great but on track I just didn't feel good.
it was great for me on the track..... but the linkage is that much better (offroad the linkage and PDS both work great for me ). having said that, i could attack the whoops on my '09 better than anything else to date. i had really fallen in love with my 350 (minus the harsh forks) until this past 4th of july when my bud with a '10 300XC-w wanted to try my bike. we swapped and within 30 seconds i realized that a 300 is about as good as it gets when it comes to dirt bike motors (though the "W" suspension is not my cup of tea.... too soft for me). just does everything so incredibly well. i'll have a 14 300xc sitting in the garage before the snow melts. may keep the 13 350XC as a track bike.

I've had a few favorites
My 2004 KTM SX 200 was an absolute blast, the 2010 SXF 450 Nagl Edition was the fastest bike I've ever owned, my 2011 KTM SX 250 was so much fun, and my 2013 Honda CRF 450 is the best all around bike in my book.

I had the most fun riding my 2000 KX250 and my current Husky 125/165. Bought a new TM 144MX and 250MX to race this year, I have high hopes for them, it'll be hard to dethrone the little Husky. Don't know if I can bring myself to ever get rid of it.

The fastest thing I have ever ridden was a brand new 2008 crf450. It pulled so hard all around and I didn't want to ride it after a few laps

1981 Husqvarna 250cr. Amazing suspension, down on power, but a Pro Circuit (they were all about Husky's back then) pipe, "boost bottle" and porting did the trick. Only thing I didn't like were the brakes. Last time I raced was on this bike- 1982 Montreal Supercross.

that would be a tie between the 2006 CRF302R RPMs bored and stroked test bike or the 2005 YZ315F test bike.
