Anderson came from the left to the right trying to block Stewart. They collided.

Dungey went straight to the first jump that James was tripling and hit him.

I think Dungey was deliberate in his move.

Mookie and Anderson were racing for track space and position. Not a take out at all.

Anderson took Mookie high in the right hander just before the triple. Parked him there and ran. Mookie came down the berm with his sights set on Anderson. He scrubbed the chrome off the triple, went all the way inside and ran his front tire into Andeson in the next corner. It was hot and messy.

Basicly the same thing happened with James and Dungey. Stewie took him high, Dungey said "oh no you di-int" and pulled the same move on James as Mookie put on Anderson. Again hot and messy.

Dungey is only KTM not using airshock and only one with massive problems at whoops. They dont share setup info between Roczen and Dungey?

Roczen is not using the air-shock, he used it for the first session at A1 then reverted back to the spring (suggested by his team from reports by memory) and was not swapping again for the season.

Maybe it is just Roczen's technique and confidence in the whoops is better at the moment?

Kenny liked the air shock better, but something messed up on it before the main, so he had to run the spring at A-1. He ended up winning A-1 and I guess he didn't want to change his winning ways and kept the spring. I believe Short and Tedesco are using the air shock.

Dungey is looking horrible in the whoops. If he really took out James, then I don't know what to say. But Dungey sure is building up some anger that's gonna come back to him some time in the future. Can't wait til we move on to some real dirt!!!

Nah, nah, don't you get it? When a rider is having trouble in the whoops AND is riding a KTM, it by definition cannot be the rider's fault but the bike's because we all know that KTMs suck in the whoops and RV's Kawi is much better and was not at any point passed in the whoops by a KTM last night.

Example, Stewart's fall at Anaheim 1 was just bad luck, Dungey's fall last night was the KTM.

As a Dungey fan, I want the old guy back. He used to get 2nd or 3rd every week with an occasional win. Now he just looks uncomfortable. Does this new "mindset" have anything to do with his new trainer?

Dungey is as head strong as they come! I think he will get the new riding figured out and when he does its going to get nuts!!

Yeah the new trainer just might be whos corrupting the old Dungey! Or Decoster coulda went all Mitch Payton on his ass too! who knows.....I like the new Dungey! He'll get back on top....be patient.

I agree here. Poor Dunge can't win for losing with this crowd. He gets railed for being too complacent, then when he turns up the aggression level, he starts getting labeled another Vince Friese. What a bunch of winners there are on here. Question, has Dungey ever waited for a rider after being a lap down and try three times to take a guy out. And since when does "everybody" mean Tickle, RV, and Stewat. Yep, old no. 5 has clearly taken out the whole field. I for one prefer Ryan being aggressive and going for position to playing follow the leader for 20 laps.

anyone have video of the crash? frustration is taking its toll on dungey, the ktm pits must of been a little odd last night,roczen doing so good and dung crashing and dnfing. I agree , he has to be a little smoother with his aggressive passes, cause on tv they pretty much look like dick moves. curious to see the stewart one if it was a take out

Exactly. Dungey is jumping stuff no one expects him to, trying to make passes happen, getting aggressive, and now he is a criminal? Fuck me. The guy is doing and trying everything possible to win, was setting fast lap times last night and just going for it. He is getting out of his comfort zone trying to beat these guys, what more do you people want? I hope he stays on this path. How else was he going to move to the front last night? Please, one of you sx specialists tell me how he was supposed to get up to the 1, 94, and the 22 without trying to make something happen? But if he would have followed James around in 5th all night he would have been blasted for not being aggressive.

Has dungey's aggressive riding style cost him any points yet? And don't give me the karma bullshit. The answer is no. All he has done while in aggression mode is pass riders. He's simply commanding the same amount of room in corners as other riders and it's only an issue because it's new for him. Had tickle, hill, Stewart etc. . . ridden Dungey like they do other riders, nobody would have hit the ground. He has only gone down when he tangled with RV and nobody passed them while they were down. And Dungey lost points at a3 because of a bobble in the whoops. Not because he was being aggressive. I say keep up the aggression. Bit hurting him one bit.

Two different moves. Completely.
I didn't see the Dungey take out (apparently no one did) but Malcom straight out caused that wreck. He was going too fast.. He was never going to get his bike turned for that turn.

Yes! Stewart was consistently slower than Anderson and only is it when Anderson passes him he decides to turn it up. I don't think Stewart intentionally took Anderson out but I think he went a little harder than if it would have been seeley instead of Anderson.
