Anyone think these guys try to do to much when trying to save it? Seems like he made the crash so much worse rather then keeping the bike under him.
Also what the heck is going on? Anytime he gets some pressure he implodes in the rhythm lane?
Never picking him in fantasy ever again
Kind of along for the ride once you land on a tuff block. I don’t think he could do much
RJ got tired.
Just RJ doing RJ things

I wonder if him moving up to a 450 would settle him down some and make him more consistent?
The original RJ was something else.
😄
Oh, I'm sure it will get him down some.
I thought so too, Id have to go back and watch again but when it happened I said I bet he could have saved it if he stayed on and just cased the landing vs bailing off the side. Jett has done it a few times and he ended up being fine.

Man it is a shame he has such a hard time keeping it on 2 wheels. I would have a hard time recommending him for MXdN. Might be a moot point after this crash. 🤷🏼♂️
He was clearly getting tired. He should have let Tom bye. But he just can’t shut it off, which also makes him great.
I wasn't surprised. I felt like he was going to get pushed into a crash and then it happened. Was riding over his limits to keep tom behind him and implosion.
Tuff Blocks are not there for rider safety.
No, the guy's in his mid-40s, he's not going to change on a 450.
He and thrasher just cannot keep it on two. I’m genuinely surprised he managed to pull off that sx championship, and probably will not happen ever again.
Seriously are we ever going to fix these things? How many times do tuff blocks actually save a rider vs hurt them? Ive seen them help like 2 times ever, but theyve hurt riders like 300+ times. We cant think of a better way to put advertising all around the track?
Remember when RJ ran a 450 a couple of years ago? He was smooth and looked so much better. Imo he needs to make the switch and would crash less.
Pit Row
Not everyone knows how to crash.
It's nice he has a good picture to frame, because there won't be another chance to take one.
The irony of using tuff blocks, and one meter next to it just straight sharp concrete walls. Aint that smart huh
Add in the banked asphalt lining half the track…
I still can't believe he pulled that off. The whole race I was waiting for something to happen... especially with that kind of pressure.
Ever push someone into crashing , it’s Beautiful. Fly in & tap them in the back of the swingarm , like I,m here. They pu the pace beyond there ability & start getting tired. Maybe 1 more bump on the back of the swing arm . Then they pu it up more then crash out. Then you ride on by. You could just pass them but if the 2 of you are out front. It’s really fun thing to do.
I know what you guys are saying but man he just gives it everything he's got. Doesn't always work out but he's no cruiser. Respect.
I may have missed it, but was he injured in that crash in TX? I know he was knocked the hell out.
I saw posts from Husky and RJ on Instagram yesterday that were labeled as "updates," but both juts went over what happened with no mention of any injuries. Hopefully he's ok, even if he has to sit this weekend out.
