Among others here. Place has really gone to sh!t over the last few years. 

I've never down-voted anyone ever, for anything. For one it makes me feel like I'm better than all of you, but also I'm waiting for that most perfect post that comes along and simply knocks me on my ass with delusional stupidity. Something truly special. At this point it's taken on something equivalent to popping a cherry. I've come extremely close a few times.

Your screen name doesn't even ring a bell so if you're a troll you aren't a very good one lol. Why would I block anyone? I can just ignore them if its that bad

I have two people blocked. The guy that yells all the time and the guy that post incoherent  sentences with no punctuation.

I think it has something to do with the browser settings and cookies. If You do not allow all cookies it can cause some bugs in the site.  There was a post in Non moto about people showing up as blocked when the person had not blocked anybody. One of the moderators/somebody that knows the workings of the site posted a reply saying it was likely a bug caused by a cookie setting. And that blocking some cookies can cause the bugs in some browsers on some devices. 

They are aware of the problem.  I really do not remember if they said they were working on a fix or if the only fix was allowing cookies/ not blocking whatever other similar things the site uses.  It was a while ago, 2 or so months ago.
