Carne asada pork loin chops, jerk and red pepper boneless thighs, Earl Campbell smoked sausage. The smoker was a little warm when I started but she's settled down to 195 now. Some spruced up baked taters and okra for sides. You guys are hard to keep up with.
Ribeye (lean from the middle) steak salad and cast iron skillet crab cakes here. Canti Moscata
Me, ribeye (not lean from the center!) no salad and crab cakes. Strong margarita on the side.
The Shop
Seriously though, what amazing food. Just got back from Yuma Proving Grounds and no time for fancy. Grilled lamb burgers and Nathan's dogs. Crab cakes...seriously....uncle....I give.
Love some good chicken tortilla soup!
I thought I was The Grill Master but you guys are on a different level.
Chicken soup when you have a cough.
I like the thin pork chops verse the thick ones which can be dry if you grill them wrong.
When we were up at the cabin there's nothing better then grillin in the woods
Edit to add - I know this isn’t home cooking but I had to share

One of the roasts removed here.
Turned out very tender and tasty.
I always love going home to the house I grew up in and taking in the sunset overlooking Glendale. So many memories......
Pit Row
Never seen this garlic teriyaki before...we will see if it kicks these thighs up a bit (I did toss a lititle cayenne in the marinade).
