Chances are slim of winning it being 10 pts behind. If it were handed out to the true better rider, tomac would have the title. Was a good run and sucks to have a brake malfunction cost him like that. He has to win and hope dungey gets a 10th or so next weekend. Otherwise outdoors here we come

Hate to say it, but I would too. But I guess that's why I'm not Eli Tomac or Ryan Dungey haha.

I am a huge Dungey and Musquin fan, Tomac is awesome too, but Marv letting Dungey over was bullshit. I hope that if Ryan wins this title that its more than 3 points, otherwise, the title deserves an * . I am so bummed Marv did that.

The gift was at the halfway point of the series when Eli's front brake broke and caused him to crash and pull in for a pit stop. If it wasn't for that I think we'd be having a very different conversation right now. Tonight wasn't a gift, Eli made a mistake.

Edit: GuyB you gotta upgrade your host or something this place is almost unusable during race day.

I want Eli to use this as motivation to come out at Hangtown and destroy them all ala 2015. Also, for more than 5 motos and the whole damn series this time around.

Still though on tonight...

As a musquin fan I'm bummed he pulled over, even though I'm sure it was financially advantageous. That being said, something just seemed off with Tomac at NYC. From practice to heat he did not look like he was feeling it and perhaps the race was a culmination of pushing too hard and the track biting him. But it was odd looking when he cases the double section of the triple, like it was a bike issues. Sure we will never know though.

Tomac is worthless trash, doesn't deserve the championship after that. What a kook.

Anyone else think it's odd that they wouldn't let Tomac go back to the pits and forced him to do a TV interview? I just thought it was odd because in weeks where Dungey got worked and got fourth we wouldn't hear a peep from him till the next week and they probably wouldn't have thought twice about putting a mic in his face after it.

There is no question in my mind Marvin pulled over.today to let Dungey pass. It is a cheap shot for our sport. It will cheapen Dungey's championship if he wins by 3 or less. Tomac screwed up big time and his bike had a brake issue I guess. So Marvin didn't need to do this. This was as blatant as "Let Brock Bye".

Marv is my favorite rider these days and I wish he would have won, but I get it. Don't like it, but I get it. I wonder what kind of dough they had to throw at him to make him give up a win. Remember Marvin was passing and beating Dungey like he was anyone else even though Dungey was fighting for his life against Tomac. Obviously a rider is completely within their rights to beat a teammate no matter the situation. I really wonder what it took. I can't imagine doing it just to be a good friend, no way in hell.

It's similar to other sports where the athlete's have media obligations after. Win or lose. Besides the riders already retreat and hide in their RVs enough.
