There were 695 entries at the Alabama series opener. Southeast is healthy right now.

20 motos is not that much compared to many tracks I’ve been to.

That would be a great turnout for any local race here in sc, I'm a bit jealous lol. Especially with the B classes, most local races have 0-3 B riders and about 0-4 for A.

That had to be the worst turn out ever. 98-02 would hv 3 or 4 full gates of 125c. 50+ had the 2nd highest and the 125 class had 10 which is bad. The weather has really sucked tho rt ? I finally got out of the ne to se . Got a ld to Madison it snowed from Indiana to Wi. Friday.

162 entries spread over 27 classes at the loretta Lynn area qualifier today in Washington. Yesterday was a little better but not much

Nice weather . I'm about an hour from there mid 50s and sun today and by all accounts similar weather there .

I haven’t been in the state but for a delivery since December. I hv gb and Wausau weather on my phone and the last 2 weeks it looks like winter came back. Just like a lot of states. Most probably didn’t even ride yet so they figure why race. Northern Wi. You can probably ride on lakes yet.

That’s in Tn. Correct ? I went threw pigeon forge today east of there the trees r just starting to blossom. 2 hrs sitting in traffic. Memphis not yet, I think the trees gave up on us. Haha . if the Wi. #,s stay low I,m adding another class. I want the 125 class state title the Most. Plus 50, 40a don’t care as much.

I don’t think folks were expecting the track to be in such good shape..We’ve had such a crappy spring and it rained all last week. Forecast was for colder weather this weekend but it warmed up nicely. Haven’t even looked at my bike yet ..

Picked up my membership key on Saturday and the track was in great condition…just a little mud in the first corner.

I expect things will be busier next time.

I think the weather this year in Wisconsin is the biggest factor, I’m usually already geared up and ready to ride but for some reason I’m not in that much of a hurry, mostly because of the conditions.

Ya northeast TN, by the tri cities airport. It's not to far from Pigeon Forge. I always pass the exit on 40

Hopefully they get the numbers up to stay open.

How are the turnouts at the other tracks in the area?

Offroad seems to continue to grow. ~750 today at Camp Coker for GNCC (Not including ATV) and we had 316 at our local event!

Some of you guys should give offroad a try! Less money and more seat time on race days.

Yeah according to my phone gb 8-10 days from now the high will b 40. That’s why I stay out on the rd and work. 3 weeks ago Florida was 92 and a bit muggy a day later I,m in Chicago and it’s 18. Such a weather difference from Wi. To the south it’s like another country. More or less is tho. Atl I had the dock next to the bent trl. The other truck ran 800 ft up a run away ramp on my eagle. Economy isn’t so hot, my co turned the ez passes off with out tells us. I get to pay the tolls then haha, big sign there broke . More smashed trks at the yard taking lds that other co.s won,t because you hv to run 20 plus hrs straight catches up to ya.

My daughter lives on top of Monteagle TN I-24. Tough route for 4 miles each way east and west. The truck runoffs are scary.

I,m sure she knows driving that everyday but just a reminder. She has to always drive with the mirrors constantly scan them. Always leave yourself an out-exit on the left and right if possible. Just like a trucker always use these 2 rules. There’s many more but I won’t get into it. The 3rd truck I rented here the engine-Jake brake didn’t work. There’s 2 selinoreds that control it on s pac car engine, both where out. Trans is a air electronic auto trans. I locked it in 6th gear in manual mode and it up shifts on its own to 12th gear. Trans was junk too. I just moved into it , mt Eagle was on the 1st run. I adjust the brakes on the trk and trl. Steep down hills you can pu speed quicker than a LS7 454 chevelle. I had a pac car engine in Pa. On steep down hill it shut off. That means no air psi is building also. Stage brake technique then hit low air and the red emergency button pops out . Quick as a light switch the trk and trl brakes r locked up. Any car or truck near is going along for a ride. Newer trks r extremely dangerous.

That's pretty much where I'm at.

Yesterday was literally the first day this spring where the weather set up conditions to be ridable. And that was after snow off and on all day friday.

It's hard to load up for a race on a bike that hasn't been ridden and a body that can't handle it anyway LOL.

I don't live far from there. Interesting that the older classes have the most entries. I wonder how my coming week's race will look, being Easter and all.

There were more entries as signup line was still big as those were printed, but you guys get the point... I think the weather (it snowed Friday and Saturday at certain points) scared people away. But I am disappointed I did not race, because it was one of those perfect days where the water was so deep in the dirt it stayed soft throughout the day.

I was there. Track was amazing, but low turnout. Raced 2 Stroke and 125.

Need to cut classes out though, the day is so long waiting for nonessential classes. Just run 250 ABC Open ABC +40 and minis

I mean our weather hasn't been the greatest here in WI, so that could definitely play into it

I’m 2 hours north. We haven’t had a day over 60° this year. Only a handful in the 50’s. No tracks open anywhere to warm up on yet that I know of. My bike is still in pieces in the garage. I’d have to imagine that has a lot to do with it. My brother raced since he’s a member and was going to be there anyway, but hadn’t ridden at all yet this year either.

Are they ever going to ditch the snow fence from the 70’s? Used to be my favorite track when I raced there. I told myself I wouldn’t go back until they got rid of that shit. It’s dangerous as fuck, and it’s a fast track. Haven’t been there since 2009.
