Will he move to Florida now? It is kind of implied by commentators that Star has all their riders under one tent. Eli does kind of a lone wolf thing at his compound in Colorado. Will Star press for this?

I would bet that where he trains and who trains him was written into his contract. Anyone wanting to sign him would have to give him that much.

If he trained with DF it would make him better. No doubt.

Anyone catch where Weedge said that Plessinger is buying the same house that he sold in Tallahassee? If that’s the case then I think he would be staying at Yamaha. If that’s the case then is Star really going to have Tomac, Ferrandis, Plessinger, and Craig? Or is something happening with Tomac that we don’t know about?

I wouldn't be surprised if Eli visits the Star Racing facility on a few occasions. He's already spent a good amount of time there in the past when RC owned it.

Watch it again. That’s not what was said. He said if he were to buy the same house it would cost him 200k more not that he was actually doing it.

I don’t think he’s going to Star. That roster is already full and adding a guy like Tomac won’t be cheap. I think people assume Star because they know he won’t be teammates with Webb or Roczen so that eliminates KTM, Husky, and Honda. Kawi is obviously out. Suzuki doesn’t even have a team. I think he may hang them up after MX.

Colt nicols basically confirmed Eli’s coming to star during an interview just openly talking about what star racing is like.
