8/24/2025 7:26am I was a fan of the kids up til the last month or so, when it became apparent he was pouting. I hope Kawi had a performance clause in his contract. Imagine an athlete in any other sport basically quitting mid race. Reminds of a few scenes in the movie (Slap shot).

I haven’t read all the posts in this thread , but seems some are comparing themselves or their kids abilities to these female racers. Unbelievable! I think it’s awesome these gals are out there and getting some exposure. They are training hard and deserve a lot of credit. Stop comparing them to the men and just enjoy their racing. Women have a place in this sport too.

If you’re talking about 22 SX, Ando absolutely was on rails, but as far as “…. the guy had some bad luck” goes, unfortunately it was all of his own making. It seemed he cared more about his ego and the petty shit, than winning a championship. I was a fan until that year.

No. If you're good enough to move up and are eligible based on nfl rules you go pro. Would be insane for first round draft pick to choose to stay in college. Nfl mandates 3 years out of high school before nfl eligible. Most high level college players enroll early and take summer classes and graduate in three years. There's been players go to college for two years and basically take a year off to workout instead of playing third year of college 250 class ball. Bottom line is there's no sport I'm aware of where someone who is eligible...
