He was Mr. Consistent, always willing to take a second or third rather than to crash taking risks to win each race. He was t flashy...but was a champion & total badass.

I agree.   Someone in the last few months put up some stats of Dungeys career vs other top riders.  He was at the top.  I wondered what the doubtera had to think.  
Dude coMEs off retirement of 7 years and runs top 5. 
Legend. 
If I came out of retirement I wouldnt run that good but id be one place higher than Prado on my 10 years old 450.
