Currently at 224, down 88 pounds since January 1 and 180 days alcohol free. I am struggling right now, the last 3 weeks have shown almost 0 weight loss. I have been weight training 3-4 days a week, I look great and feel good but I have noticed that belly fat is not decreasing. I am going to tighten things up for the month of July and see how it goes. I am currently 12 pounds away from my ultimate goal. Overall, Im not upset about the big picture, slightly frustrated at the moment but I also knew this would...

Let’s keep it going and hear about some more success! I am down 30 pounds since December 2023 when my wife bought me a smart watch. Which led to me tracking some workouts on a rowing machine and cutting out alcohol and sugar along with better eating.

Here’s some photos from the final practice at Tampa MX in November ‘24. This wasn’t the biggest track or anything, but they consistently changed the layout and it was always a fun place to zip around on a Saturday or Sunday morning. The dirt was like ice early on but it had a sweet spot for a few hours of being some of the best hardpack you could find in FL IMO. I did the same at my place in NC too. Just few buddies come over on Wednesday evenings. This GE pic is right after Helene came through. I need to get someone to take a drone pic of it.

When I was younger, I worked at Yamaha of Cucamonga in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Greg Schnell was a local guy and would come in to buy VP fuel from us every so often. He was always super cool and would hang out for a bit to talk with us about his racing stuff. He would also bring Cody Mackie in with him after he moved to the US from Australia. What Matt said, its was $43 a gallon last time I bought a can. MRX02 premixed is a little lean straight out of the can, it runs strong and smells the most like a factory race bike in my opinion. I eventually added some 927 oil to it. I going to mix MRX02 with T2 for my next test. This could be the perfect combo. Here is straight MRX02 notice not one puff of smoke.

That screw in oil funnel with the vent is great! Found the model for it and made one myself. Made this pegboard mount for my Slacker tool today.
