You seem to have missed the part where dr davis said the fatty diet, causing fat deposits in muscle cells, causes insulin resistance. He THEN went on to say that adding simple carbs with a fatty diet will also contribute to fat being held in the body. So you see here, it is the MEATY FATTY diet causing the resistence...
