Not surprised to see the usual clowns in here trying to derail things. Must get some weird little thrill out of it? But I can tell you that last night I didn’t hear one solitary person say they were disappointed at the results, racing, or the show. We got to see Jett’s speed, Webb bring his A game, Hunter take the win, as well as all the mix of the Aussie titles. We don’t get to see stuff like that every day down here. Maybe you guys are spoilt and take it for granted? Either that or you’re just fuckwits.

Hunter still won, and easily, he was trail riding behind Deano. Give the Lawrence's their HRC bikes with the works SX transmission, motor and ECU etc and they will make a mockery of that field.

Webb was announced before the tickets went on sale and provides somewhat of a race for them. They need someone there to race as competition. What does Deegan offer to an event that's 90% sold out and isnt even going to be racing them? 10% wouldn't cover his pay would it. And it would definitely be different for Deegan. This is their home race. We all know what he's like. He would definitely tell everyone they needed him there and be smiling about taking money off Jett and Hunter. And for what? To ride around at 50% lapping 2nd place...

One time 250 title winners don’t have “Rivalries” with six time champions. It’s social media marketing paid for by the DeeganDashians & Monster Energy. Becuase they have Monster Energy sharing & promoting all their social media they think they are geniuses. I could make a rock famous if it had Monster supporting it with millions of dollars and sharing / paying to promote every single social media post.

Agree, it would make no sense business wise. Why would a promoter fork out an extra $100k, for any rider, just weeks before a nearly sold out event? All that would do is deplete their profits. Well done ML for getting the facts, providing all sides, and clearing up what amounts to little more than a storm in a tea cup. Big nothing burger.

So yet again more unnecessary drama and bullshit lies from the drama queen deegans. No wonder brian has a tramp stamp, he and his kid act like teenage girls. They just have to force themselves to be the center of attention in every situation no matter what.

The narrative certainly played into Deegans angle of creating talk and hype regardless of whether it’s substantiated. Sucks the Lawrence’s are once again on the receiving end of a complicated story where most won’t read into the details and will just boo at opening ceremonies because it’s easier than understanding nuance.

funnily enough i grew up racing him. instead of being an all out checkers or wreckers i want to see him settle for a 3 or 5. just take what he can get and go from there. if a win is there thats great, but i dont know how long he has been off/on the bike so until he proves otherwise i dont see him coming out and being an instant title threat. if anyone can do it obviously he can, but i just want to see him take it easy and finish the entire season healthy.

He can win titles, if he does. The last crash will not happen again. He doesn’t wear contacts anymore.

Please read it again, nowhere did I say it will not work for everyone, quiet the opposite actually. I am simply posting my experience in the hope it may possibly help someone else along the way. Edit, If you bought any brand new motocross bike but they told you it can only be ridden for 10 mins then it will run hot and you have to park it, would you consider that a serious motocross bike?
