I used to ride but had to quit some 8 yearsago when i hurtmy knee pretty bad. I started working with mx back then insted, and still do this running my own company.

I love 2strokes, prefere motocross over sx, so I'm pretty oldschool i guess.


My favourite riders are Mickael Pichon and Christophe Pourcel.


I'm 33years old, married, two kids and not enough time/money to buy a bike just for fun.

BTW... I think 4strokes are the root to all things evil in our sport. They are expensive, sound ugly, makes the racing less demanding etc. I could go on 4ever. I hate them...

It's just soooo much easier for these people to take the teams side. They want to keep the relationships and free coffee under the awning flowing. Much easier to throw the new guy under the bus and disregard his comments and struggles.

I don’t have any idea of how fast he’s been in sx compared to his teammates but I know he was training with Lucas Coenen at Fox Raceway few weeks ago and Prado was around 2 seconds faster per lap, that doesn’t mean he’s going to win but at least we know he is already at the speed he was in mx in 2024. I Don’t spect too much for sx (maybe a couple podiums in determined tracks) but I think he will be fighting with the top guys in mx all season.

So i nearly posted this earlier, in my other post, but decided against it, but maybe its pertinent. In the US, Factory Yamaha isnt Factory Yamaha any more, because its STAR , and it became STAR because the Official Factory Team had been a mess for a while, and they got canned. He got more strange answers in that interview with Gatedrop. Mayby somethings are out off context or whatever but i didnt get that best off a feel reading it

I'm not even a normal defender but the guy literally said "i heard". He didn't claim anything beyond that and people are on here vilifying him for stating that. He isn't a journalist. He's a fan. He can say what he wants about what he hears. I say this as someone who has a degree in writing and took many hours of journalism classes.

All I wanted to say is "GO PRADO". NONE of the people criticizing you have won a World Motocross Championship, let alone 3. Frankly baffled how people who, have nothing do with the sugar "energy" drink + Japanese manufacturer, feel so passionately about a Spanish person letting THEM down. This is an uber-elite level athlete who wants to win so badly that he can rationally see the setup around him won't deliver the results. Nothing more, nothing less. Looking forward to the nationals next year when it's 2 Australians and a Spaniard at the front.

I think we're "finally" seeing the true effects of the bad overall economy and especially a bad powersports market. I think this is the reality the coming 3-5 years at least.

Why cant we have 2 strong and competitive classes? EMX250 is supposed to be the class for younger boys (and girls), not MX2. Age rule in EMX250 - Fine, I get it. In MX2 world championship - really dumb. Right now EMX250 and MX2 are way too similar. I cannot understand why someone arent allowed to make a career out of beeing a great MX2 rider. All this age rule in MX2 does is that it makes the MX2 field weak, and tons and tons of great riders without a ride because MXGP is too crowded with too few rides...

In the one i could find he said chassi, engine, tripleclamps and offset as well as linkage. He didn’t say ”frame” to be honest. But he pointed out the bikes were quite different to a degree it was pointless to share info
