thegoblin Added a reply to Villopoto???

funnily enough, the rider you're laughin' at and making fun of, LAPPED 2 /3 of your best riders back in 2012. And didn't even managed to win that race, by the way. Oh, wait...he crashes on whoops, so there must be a failure in some logical process...

Honestly, i did't expect Nagl to be so consistent: he's fast, he's always been fast, but bad luck, injuries and a kind of "mercurialism" kept him out the game for some time. He's obvioulsy in a brilliant shape, but don't expect him to mantain this stamina till the end. He'll fade in a few races i guess, but right now...

Cairoli came from Freddy Nietzsche school of thought. "What doesn't kills you makes you stronger" In Spain he'll line up with unleashed fangs (which he have in spades...)

tells it like it is, please. after that incredible sunday Cairoli turned off his brain, won seven (or six, i don't remember well) race in a row, every motos except one (which he scored second place anyway), beat straight Roczen in his home soil and destroyed the world in Lommel at MXoN 2012. In my opinion, the only time he...

I've never, EVER seen someone ride as wild as Philippaerts, rev limiting the shit out of his throttle everywhere in the track, rear tyre spinning like a windmill. That kind of riding is pretty demanding, and he had some mayor injuries a few years ago: both whirst broken two years in a row is something that hits you right in...

I'm afraid David Philippaerts is going down the sunset strip at lightning speed. not only his best days are over, but are over his so and so days too. Italy's is in for disasters after Cairoli, Philippaerts and Guarneri call themselves off. Lupino is sadly a never-was, and there's nobody in sight to replace them all

Steven Frossard is a wild horse with an edge for disaster, but his speed can't be denied. All he needed was someone like Claudio De Carli to bring out the best of him, but unfortunally he never had any: Rinaldi was a very good manager back in his days, but today the team seem to have lost the plot, and...

you don't became a million times world champion by chanche, obviously. He was one of the greatest, and the first who made riders famous outside the track world. He acted in a few movies, he appeared in tabloid, he dated actress and showgir, he was an international playboyl...he was the incarnation of "Dolce vita".

Agostini, for as much as an awesome champ he was, rode on a 3 cylinder Mv Agusta five times the power of the single cylinder Norton he was racing against, just sayin he was and incredible rider anyway, who remained safe and healty in an age when his fellow riders dropped like flies

sometimes brilliant, not dominating, some adjustment issue, just like Villopoto here in Gp's. does it means they (all of them, i mean) are slow? no fucking way.

exactly what i'm thinking. wich is pretty odd, considering it's coming from two italians. either this, or Cairoli warping time and space, just because his training schedule was blueprinted just to make him in shape for this very race weekend

I can't really figure out what's going on, honestly. Race one, stuck in the gate. Race two, brilliant win on a moto and an average ride on the other one Race three, 4-4, as a midpack racer Race four, roll over after a wheelie it's not what you'd expect from a rookye, let alone a champ as Villopoto. my two...

a brave statement, since he didn't do a single overtake from the beginning of the season to any of his contenders (and, in turn be overtaken quite a few times), except in Thailand moto one, where he started first and flew away

Cairoli kinda won the overall anyway, and cant's stress enough how much he'd hate those kind of track. Not bad, if you ask me, to go home with 47 points out of a track that make you sick. Non need to step up to 450, he's good enough on his trusty 350. He's riding with brain directly connected to his...
