No official word of any rumor about Ryan being injured so I think he is OK.

He should have went at least 2 clicks in on his fork rebound.

Gotta cover the rear brake. That is one of the first lessons the wheelie boys learn.

Anytime I've acted like he did afterwards there was a considerable amount of pain involved.

Seems like he held onto the fence to avoid sitting on his arse. No suprise really, scraping your ass on that track does not seem very comfortable.

Lol. Exactly. That one hurt. RV has been dealt his share that's for sure. He's got to be getting tired of living in pain. I think that's what drives guys away more than anything. I don't miss always having a limp, or a shoulder hurt, or knee, etc. My wife got tired of tying my shoes at times. Lol

Sorry couldn't resist. First thing I thought of watching it live.. So bummed for the guy what a nightmare season stalling on the gate, now looping out at WFO throttle and DNF'ing.

Has the earth shifted on its axis? How can a guy that was so mentally tough and fast go over and end up looking like Brandon in his first race?

First Millsaps loops out his KX in Supercross and now RV does it in the GP's. These Kawi's must have too much power.

Glitch in the electronics? Someone hacked the ignition program and put in a whiskey throttle curve?

It was something Searle didn't like about the KX 450 last season, if I remember rightly. He was basically running a stock engine because he wanted less power, rather than more. Talked about in this thread:

Is RV's GP 450 putting out more than his U.S. Outdoor bike was? I've never seen Villopoto loop out like that, he's always over the middle & front of the bike. Maybe he was doing what Vitards accuse every other rider of doing...riding over his head.

Did anyone notice that Desalle's boot had come undone? Wonder if he got tagged at all by RV's bike... definitely messed up his flow.
