2/25/2025 8:01am Kind of my thoughts as well. I’m guessing the threat of moving production to India motivated the Austrian government to step in - in some fashion. It’s still a tight market so it’s not going to be an easy road ahead.

Restructuring plan is a go. Creditors voted for the plan which will see PMG repaying 30% of the debt by May 23rd. Now PMG and investors will formalize their plans to come up with 800M required (possibly partly with loans, Bajaj is said to contribute 150M including 50M as a loan). BMW is going the Ray Zalinsky route from the movie tommy boy! 😂 Tommy: But the Callahan (KTM) factory has been in my family for seventy years. You can't just shut it down. Ray Zalinsky: Son, you got to look at it from my point of view. Callahan's (KTM) a premium name. That's what I'm buying. I can make the parts (motorcycles) in one of my factories (in india), put them in a Callahan (KTM) box, and sell them in my stores at a premium price. Why keep your factory going when all I want's the god damn box?

2/23/2025 7:03am No offense to AC but it seems like they put all their eggs in that basket for a little too long and why we have such a performance gap. You have to give to the green guys they seem to stand behind their riders when things get rough. To find another RV or Tomac isn’t easy.

Jason is entertaining to watch, and elite level. He may not have met the expectations that some of you have for him in terms of accomplishments, but I'm glad he's out there, and glad Kawasaki is supporting him. He shows brilliance at times, anger at times, and perseverance always. That makes him ok in my book. (there may be only three of us that use ipads to post here, but not fixing this bounce sw bug/problem is criminal)
