Steve's job is to produce a show. How much time, effort, or thought you put into it has nothing to do with producing a show. Customer service is not going to compromise production. I bet Steve appreciates you calling. But the show will always come first during the show. It might not be fair - but that isn't priority over producing a show that gets listeners and sponsors. It never will be. You can have your own Race Tech rant when you produce your own show.
