Steve's job is to produce a show. How much time, effort, or thought you put into it has nothing to do with producing a show. Customer service is not going to compromise production.
I bet Steve appreciates you calling. But the show will always come first during the show.
It might not be fair - but that isn't priority over producing a show that gets listeners and sponsors. It never will be. You can have your own Race Tech rant when you produce your own show.

When I listen to any of Steve's live shows, I can guarantee you the last thing I want to listen to is a caller rant/complain about the broadcast. So yeah, sucks you lost 4 hours of your life waiting but the rest of us are better off for it
So you guys are all fine with just seeing the winner of the heats and don't care who qualifies and who has to go to the LCQ? Seems more important topic to talk about on a MX/SX pod then who won the football game or what who's charging who rent and why?

The broadcast is gonna do what the broadcast is gonna do. No chance a call to PulpMX fixes it. Does it suck, yes? Can I look at live timing and see who got 9th, yes.
Wouldn't be surprised if Steve pulls a restraining order. Obsessive crazy isn't a good fit.
Steve can give input to JT and Weege and the producers who he sees every week.. If nobody ever says anything nothing will ever change. The broadcast is amazing but there's always room for improvement.

I Dmed and called back later and left a voicemail. Ya I could've hung up but they had AP, Prado Phil and Sexton lined up and I thought they'd get to me after them.
That would be my hope. I don't think many people near the decision makers watch the broadcast live and see the faults. I do keep the live timing on during the race to see the results. Just kind of sucks not being able to see what really happens.
