Surely I'm not the only one who watches moto obsessively but couldn't care less for any of these guys opinions on things. Doesn't matter if it's Ping, Matthes or whoever, I just don't care to listen to them talk at all. Especially when they get into non-moto related things and still have the same smug tone as if their opinions are more valid than any of ours. I for one won't miss Ping around here.

I’m a fan of the pit boards for communication and no radio’s simply for the fact it doesn’t allow discrete outside assistance. Riders have to make their own decisions and judgements based on what they can see and hear is happening around them and that’s when I think we see just how talented a rider really is in terms of strategy.

If the teams thought that it would be better to have radio communication then it would have happened by now. There's no point adopting technology just for the sake of it.

Can someone honestly tell me why we need to "grow the sport"? Whats wrong with it the way it is? Im tired of hearing this. We are on prime time TV. Bikes are selling. Gear is selling. Exactly. Hunter for instance, grew on me a ton due to a recent interview after a race where the media was practically begging him to say that he would have had Craig’s number if this had happened differently or that, or a bad race never happened. Hunter flatly refused to take the bait. Zero excuses made by him no matter how hard the post race media tried. He seems like a great young man. I don’t feel like I’ve seen who the actual Jett is with the massive media machine behind him. The Aussies say they are both good kids...
