I second the Mobius I am your exact size and height, just go off their site and measure and see what size they recommend. I also run a tall seat and that helps a ton with having my long legs so bent, you can run pads if you want I dont think braces prevent as many injuries and they claim but they help and I race off-road and ive gotten bashed between other bikes and against trees and its good to have. Mobius on amazon have some great prices right now as well under $500

Get the Mobius in size M.....i too suffered from legs of a chicken at one point and the Mobius is the best bang for the buck. They fit snug and have a good system to tighten everything. I have custom CTI braces but i prefer the Mobius. You can also get the EVS Travis Pastrana or Axel Hodges pads/ braces. Those are decent if you want some extra knee support. They don't have hard stops to keep your knee from going past the crunchy zone/ broken femur zone.

I've had a pair of Leatt Dual Axis knee guards for 7-8 years now and need to replace them because the straps have stretched out too far. I'm 6'2" 185 and 100% have "chicken legs." I'm riding moto open practices exclusively these days. Looking to see if anyone has a similar build and experience with knee brace brands. Really don't...

We've got a lot of time on the TBI 125's. Big believer in the TSP stuff here. We use the TSP ERM Mapping & 12degree Piston & Insert on our 25 125SX and will for '26. The kiddo was able to rip a couple holeshots at the LL regional and qualify for Loretta's in 125C. Granted it's only the C class, but there's a lot of talented rippers at the regional / national level on the gate. The bike proved fast enough to rip great starts against a gate full of petcocks & carbs. He also ripped a bunch of...

In September, I met a kid at the local track had a modified 2024 or 2025 TC125. He was absolutely ripping on the thing. I could tell from the sound it was fuel injected. I asked him about the bike and he told me it was fully worked over (ported, remapped, pipe, etc). He said it wasn't as good as some tuned carbureted bikes he's ridden, but that it was pretty good. I specifically asked him about top end and over-rev power and he said that was where it lacked. I think he told me who did the engine mods...

I've got 16 hours on a 2025 150sx, I'm 6'2", 200 lbs in gear. I run bars with a high bend, had the suspension sprung and valved, and threw an R304 shorty on it. I ride mx open practice exclusively and I absolutely love the bike. I hit open practices to have fun and this bike is it when it...

If you work for a mid-large company then check your HR/benefits pages to see if they will match your donations to Road to Recovery. My employer does and I use it every time I donate to R2R.

Hi guys, It seems that Kyle Partridge had a bad crash about a week ago and he is in critical condition. Road2Recovery has setup a donation page with more info: https://road2recovery.com/pages/causes/support-kyle-partidge @ML512 if this info is duplicated, my apologies, I didn’t find it by search.

Agree 100%. And one name that comes to me when you write this even though he isn’t directly involved or is even relevant in supercross is Davey Coombs. I used to like him and racer x but the last few years that’s swung for me. His take in racerhead over the Brian Moreau accident just after it happened told me it’s about money and not the racers or the series.

One thing that really bothers me about the media and pundits is that no one has called a spade a spade. No one has openly admitted that this entire situation stems from incompetence at the highest level of the AMA specifically under Mike Pelletier. And the reason for that silence seems obvious: personal relationships. If we look at MotoGP as a comparison, Freddie Spencer served for years as the FIM race director and faced heavy criticism from riders and the media when his decisions were questionable. And that criticism was warranted. It was public, direct, and part of holding leadership...
