4/7/2025 4:23pm I would definitely do the Akro slip on again. If you've got money to burn I'd go the full system but if not the slip-on is enough. Ive got over 60hrs on mine now and it's still holding up very well. Other pipes I've had looked trashed after alot less hrs than that so I'm very pleased with the Akro.

I rode one yesterday. Definitely feels very KTMish when you sit on it. Power is very smooth and linear like a KTM. I thought it turned decent. Not as good as a Kawi or a Honda 450. It was a stiffer feeling chassis like a Japanese bike, but had power like a Austrian bike. We rode a sand track at like 4500 ft so it may have been a little bit of an unfair judge of the bike for me, but it lacked a little bottom end power but liked to be in the higher RPM.

1/29/2025 10:28pm Yeah I agree on your theory with the springs which got me at the 5.2 springs, I'd normally run 5.0's on a 450 so up one rate for the extra weight of the stark. What rate would you normally run on a 450?

Maybe I've just got to throw my logic out the window with the stark but .52 forks springs on any other bike would seem way too stiff for 155lbs would it not?
