4/9/2022 9:41am I still feel like Steve does a good job all things considered but there is definitely truth to the fact that he made his name by going against the grain but has now become just that. It is a dynamic lots of people and/or businesses face when they start with nothing but find success. Over time it is easy for some people to forget what got them where they are today. It’ll be interesting to see how Pulp MX will adapt. I’ve personally seen it go good and bad for people and businesses. I wish Steve all the success though.

4/9/2022 9:40am Ive read this entire thread up until now, I shit pretty hard on our "journalists" because they suck and wont ask any hard questions or get any actual info out there if they think they might hurt someones feelings, or wait until a rider actually posts something himself then copy and paste. I dont know this cooksey person at all and I take every "reputable" source with a grain of salt because they all suck, but this dude nailed it. There needs to be a whole ass apology thread for this guy.I mean Vitals front page story is pretty much...

4/9/2022 9:40am This all leads to a bigger question, is it time for the teams to down size? Geico, JGR, BBRMX are all done and had semi’s, race shops, large support staff, etc, on top of the riders they supported. With the inflation, rising interest rates, etc, is it time to go to a less expensive business model? Maybe not as extreme as back to box vans, but it’s pretty clear something needs to be done across the sport. I wonder how many other teams are in $$ trouble.

4/9/2022 9:38am All about who you are and what your connections are. The way key media and industry people have been avoiding the shady stuff going on in this team ever since the Baggett thing happened is so typical for this industry. Easy to discuss openly about the nobody that "sponsored" Karnow and pulled out but not as easy to talk about BBMX when that's someone you know.

From one of his buddies who was there with him, thankfully doesn’t sound as bad as it looked. Scary crash for sure, heal up quick Jalek!

Happened right in front of us and they worked on him 10-15 minutes. All I know is what I saw, but they splinted his left arm which was up in the air when he left plus it looked like maybe his right lower leg—but couldn’t really tell. It also looked like he was able to move his extremities but again, hard to see. He was obviously in a great deal of pain. The medics did a great and careful and patient professional job.

Praying for Jalek. After watching an interview of him in the off-season and learning more about his life I was really rooting for him.

1/9/2022 2:23pm He hit the ground and actually got up and ran 10-15 ft to the other side of the lane and then fell down. So I think he's got movement capabilities. I'm hoping for good news.

1/9/2022 2:23pm I used to think it was Ralph... But I think it's me. We just have so much commentary now days and of course social media has made us all negative. they do what they do, there is a mute button, we all sound like idiots when we have to ramble on for 3 hours.

1/9/2022 2:22pm “ I was planning on attending St Louis Detroit Indy Atlanta Daytona but not with the present announcers.” So you’re not going to the race because the TV announcers aren’t up to your standards ? Yeah… that makes sense !

1/9/2022 2:20pm Mookie did the exact same damn move to Anderson earlier. so he shouldn't be pissed if it happens to him. He can yell and scream all he wants, it won't change anything. Bottom line, don't leave the door open.

No they weren’t, they were how the whoops should be. Colt made a mistake, unfortunately this is the result. I’m bummed for him and the effort he put in the off season. But don’t blame the whoops
