I can’t say really, I don’t watch YouTube or know anyone in the nascar world. I have just heard some of my buddies that are into it and know I am into moto that have told me about the drivers and also watch the races and announcers have chimed in a few times about various situations. Brian has changed his ways alright. Went from hating on "the man" to being "the man", and his attitude now is "its good to be the king". Ironic how he has gone the total opposite of what put him on the map in the first place. As I put in another thread, the saddest part is Deegan doesn't even realize how hypocritical his behavior is based on what got him to where he is. Personally, I think he needs to stop being the moto-mini dad to Haiden. And Haiden needs to drop the whole Dangerboy schtick and start focusing on...

Spot on. If true, and it it was even a conversation or a consideration, then the move to penalize someone's business is the most troubling part of this situation.

Imo, if Yamaha did actually threaten to pull the bikes from the dealership, pull their business, threaten the income and jobs of the dealer and its employees; then it speaks volumes as to what factory Yamaha might have had in that bike...for an "amateur" race. Whoever made the decision for that alleged call to the kids dealership -sponsor is a low breed of human scum. -yahama rider since 1994

While speculation on my part, I don’t think “just wanting to ride a factory bike…..” was his full motivation. I could definitely see him YouTube’ing what makes the bike tick for views on...

A rider could stab his championship rival on the gate when the 30 second board goes up and there’d still be people on Vital saying “Well that’s racing you crybabys need to stop being such pussies he should’ve expected it and stabbed him back like I would’ve when I raced local B class in the 90s”

Point is he won a title with some good performances and the help of the currently best team in the 250 class for a few years running. And somewhat of a depleted field. Good...
