Another thing to think about is it’s not just the cost of goods for the manufacturer that is going up. Take astars for example, say they are buying ez-ups for racer support and those have gone up. Staff shirts have gone up. The cost of the product they give away for sponsorships have gone up. That’s why the retail prices aren’t necessarily just going to get the bump from the tariff alone, but also to absorb their increased costs of operating the business.

Good Christ. Riders used to just stop off and move on from 125/250 class. Hell there used to be no 125/250 class. He should have raced 450 this year, he needs some riders to chase to progress.

It's been a hell of a ride. Yes, there have been some dry spells, but the dude put us on the map 45 years ago and won this race more than anyone in history. That's some Knute Rockne shit right there.

I'll add this - Large companies that own most of the MX Industry, are not willing to take less margin. They have a board or private equity that they need to answer to. When cost goes up, they can't lose margin % or $'s and therefore the cost increase is passed onto the consumer. A 20% tariff on a $20 product doesn't mean a $4 increase. Once...
