6/1/2024 3:47pm People come out with too much confidence, learning begins when you experience real world stuff. The bikes in school are new and nothing is really broken. Also, ninety percent of the kiddos don't have a passion for it, they go to keep parents off their back and that gets the school it's reputation.

6/1/2024 1:21pm Sponsoring riders is not beneficial to a local business, unless you enjoy being flipped off by a teenager for not having their free repairs done fast enough. It's happened

6/1/2024 1:03pm Pretty standard "yeah we signed a release but we don't think it should apply because we don't want it to" part of the complaint. Nothing in the original complaint about others signing the release etc... so yeah.... the argument seems to be that the track was the problem and anyone who so much as hauled dirt there is to blame.

Luxon MX Liked a reply to forum topic 2025 Honda-improved rigidity balance. What does it really mean, will 23 parts fit.
6/1/2024 12:35pm Improved rigidity balance is meaningless marketing speak. Here's some more of the points they use and what the marketing department really means: Updated main frame constructed of 70% new components to optimize rigidity and improve handling characteristics. (We changed a bunch of stuff on the frame and it has a different stiffness now.) An 8% increase in torsional rigidity improves overall stability, while a 5% increase in the torsional/lateral rigidity ratio allows for precision cornering. Vertical torsional rigidity is increased by 4%, enhancing stability in rough track conditions. (If we use percentages, the word "ratio", and a lot of different...

6/1/2024 11:59am 32 years for me now. It's rewarding to be helpful and in demand, but wealthy you're not going to be. I enjoy it and when I look at others on my commute to work, they look pretty miserable.

6/1/2024 11:50am I did the MMI program and have been a motorcycle mechanic for 20+ years now, was a great program, I worked on several race teams, shops, and dealers. At the time I was 22 it was an exciting job and the pay was decent for what it was at the time. But knowing what I know now, I dont think I would recommend it.

6/1/2024 9:11am I did as well, and it was great racing stand up jet skis. Problems arise in low temperatures when it separates and you wind up with a carb full of oil. In warmer temps still shake the can before filling, also it has no dye and can't tell if it's mixed just by looking at the jug.

6/1/2024 8:56am I agree, I think Cooksey would have gotten just as many eyeballs and still gotten his point across without the direct attacks and name calling. Bottom line, though, this isn't about Cooksey. It's about a prominent member of the community doing (for me at least) the unthinkable and expecting to still profit in the industry he's harmed. The more I look into this case, though, the more I find what Rich and family did was appalling. I also know that before filing, he must've deeply considered the affect it would have on his business if he did it, and he...

6/1/2024 8:28am What a shock. Cooksey the stupid gumboot got a nugget of info, added 1+1 and got 12, then made up a bunch of stuff, and got all the important details wrong. who knows what really happened, but to openly admit you don’t know all the facts, and then blast people in that fashion to an audience of 10s of thousands of people, including no doubt many customers of X Brand shows a persons lack of integrity. But hey, it gets the clicks, and clearly he doesn’t care who he hurts, or minds tarnishing his own integrity to get some precious...

6/1/2024 7:00am Yep, as others have said , avoid 927...burns super dirty and gums stuff up. I've run Yamalube for years and based on my experience it's good stuff. If you want something that smells racy and burns much cleaner than 927, I'd go with Klotz.
