Idk man. In 24’ they were there and he won more than gajser and herlings combined and majority of the fast qualifiers etc. He was the guy. Someone must have given the guy the what for at some point because he at least shut it off (mostly) during the interviews. Not sure why he lasted so long. Must be a tough son-of-a-bitch. That or there are far too many Sallys at Hi Point.

Too bad you missed the races. They showed the chainsaw at least three times. Probably more. Was there more than one? Probably I beleive one reason the chainsaw(s) were louder than the bikes themselves is they were close enough to the interview mic, that the noise was picked up by the mic and carried through the speakers.

You are right ,if we are serious there is no need for more Power than 300cc. I can tell from my experience , i own a few Midsize and Bigbore Twostroke 21 TC 300, a 97 SX 360, a 98 SX 380, a 90 MX 500. and a 88 MX 550 The biggest difference between my 300 and 360 is not the topend power its very similar , but the 360 Engine is much stronger down low that is the big improvement over the 300 and makes it much easier to ride

That Beta 350 will be an Interesting Bike. Have a old 1997 KTM SX 360 with 78 Bore and 74 Stroke its an almost Perfect Twostroke Engine KTM is also testing a Big Twostroke in the Austrian Championship in the 360cc- 380cc Range

I agree. We have all 3 in the shop right now. The '25 300rx has way more power than the '23RX does. The '25RX will beat my '23 300sx in a flat out drag on the road.

I'm glad someone asked this because I looked into it mid moto when it looked like Shimoda was going to do it. It's only happened once in the class. Damon Huffman in 1995 did it by two points over Brownie. Huffman's moto scores at the first four were: 2-4, 2-2, 4-3, 7-8. No overall wins in there either.

Ban holeshot devices, ban starting blocks, get rid of the grids, and enforce the use of one map on each ECU (no starting maps). Go back to variable dirt conditions so your gate pick actually matters and make it harder for the bikes to be rocket ships immediately with the devices and ECUs, and there will be much more separation/less first turn pileups with all 40 riders arriving at the exact same time at insane speeds. More rider talent involved and much harder to control MotoGP just banned ride height devices off the starts because it was becoming so dangerous...

Removing holeshot devices and the start grates will help.
