I’m down ~6 lbs since January. Slowly starting to dial the overall caloric intake back up to find the ideal composition.

Aluminum starting blocks with a nicely punched emboss for foot grip. Would showcase several of your machine tools (cut + punch + form) Can I ask what company you work for? I spent the first 7 years of my engineering career in sheet metal fab and have all sorts of experience with Trumpf, Bystronic, Cincinnati, Amada machine tools.

In this economy & market, i'd rather take a short term loan against a 401k or long term investment holding & pay myself back the interest over time then pay the 8-10% most OEMs & financial instituitons are "offering" right now.
I have started using ChatGPT for research at work and it cut my googling in half. It's far superior to googling for info and reading a bunch of different sites. It might send Google the way of Myspace. It's that good. I have also gotten it to correct its responses by giving it a little more information. This thing is updating its knowledge and abilities by the nanosecond via millions of inputs. It's fucking terrifying, really, but early adopters will be at an advantage. I've used it for everything from detailed research to buying tires, sightseeing, coming up with business...

If you're using a GoPro, you need to make sure the model you're using has both GPS & accelerometer/gyro telemetry. Some cameras have both, some have one & not the other, & some have neither. The SkyPro XGPS160 (LitPro) receivers are pretty good and the LitPro software is very easy to use, but I believe the software is calculating g-forces...

That drive from SoCal to Texas in the U-Haul is still to this day one of the most boring drives i've ever made. No music other than the local radio stations, the U-Haul was governed to 65mph, & stopping for gas every 2 hours. At least you had the comfort of the dually What ended up happening with that 5th...

Picked up an Intense 951 XC a couple months ago and loving it. I don't think you could go wrong with either the XC or Trail model as I think both will suite your terrain in Kentucky. Intense is still running the $1k off promo which means you can pick one up for just under $3k. I bought an "open...

Traction control works off of the engine RPM rate of change not wheel speed. The only time you'll see wheel speed sensors on the rear wheel are when the teams are collecting data to understand wheel velocity at certain RPMs (also looking at gear selected, throttle % open, clutch use etc). The above data helps them develop the algorithm that...

I got a Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro last winter and have been waiting to take a good ride on it. My buddy (KTM 890) and I headed out Friday morning on the TAT (trans america trail). We did the Arkansas portion, as we wanted to stay fairly close to home. While it wasn't as 'offroad' as we hoped, we did find a couple of 'break outs' that provided all of the offroad that I wanted. Most of the TAT is gravel roads (or paved), so the break out was a nice 5 mile loop off of it. It was...

I wouldn't do it with coffee. There is some scientific research out there showing that caffeine hinders the body's ability to absorb creatine as efficiently. If you are going to use it in the morning, I would take it with 8+ ounces of water and a little bit of food a couple hours before you're first cup of coffee. If...

I buy from GNC because they have good customer support and a local store in my area that usually has what I need on hand. With that being said, they do have higher prices compared to no-name brands, but they’re almost running 10-20% off deals and when they offer BOGO 50% off I stock up.

I get what you’re saying, but I believe you are somewhat on the extreme end of a spectrum here. I’d say the majority of Americans don’t even understand what their caloric intake should be, what type of macros best fuel their bodies, and what level of micronutrients they are receiving from their daily eating routines. The first step shouldn’t be...

Creatine monohydrate is the compound you want. Most of the other “variants” are just marketing schemes to charge more for little in return. The cheapest way I’ve found to do it is just go through GNC and buy the large tub. https://www.gnc.com/creatine-1/509680.html Also something to consider…there’s quite a few studies that have been done that show 3 to 3.5grams per...
