i really tried to like mine on the 20.5 FE, i revalved them on my own, tried gold valves and my setting was better ...they are good, but still an air fork. you will never have the planted feel of a spring fork. they will always push entering a corner, and then oversteer at apex and be vague on exit, there will always be a harshness you can’t tune out... and try landing to flat rear wheel first and tell me they are good. It’s like people trying to tell you the fish is good because it “isn’t too fishy”

I was checking RM daily for the T6 slip ons a month ago. Once I saw they were available and in stock I jumped on one, I need the sparky for the hare scrambles I race, and the stock muffler was incredibly loud and raspy for me. For what it’s worth mine is rubber mounted, so far so good, sounds insanely better than the stock muffler as well.

They geared it down internally. Feels pretty close stock. I discovered one of the reasons for the increased brake performance is what seems to be some sort of braided front line. Kawasaki claims 46 HP, 6 more than my 2018. I guess I am just the opposite. I had to change every clicker including a half click. In the front I went stiffer on compressing and rebound. Out back softer on the compression and more rebound. No huge changes, just fine tuning. The shifting on this thing is absolutely amazing.

12/4/2020 6:24pm I have about 11 hours on mine so far so good only changed bars, grips, levers, filter, and oil/filter. 40-50 hours should be no problem on a top end I may do one sooner only if I decide to go to a high comp piston. Forks at the bottom of the first groove and about 104-105 sag feels great for...

11/20/2020 11:34am I used to use simple green, then realized after some time the aluminum on my bikes would become quite dull compared to a new bike and also saw guys on here saying the same thing and that shout is where it’s at. On my 19 350 I pretty much used nothing but shout, the aluminum kept its shine noticeably better...

Simple green does dull the bike over time. Once you try shout you will never go back.

My buddy bought some O'NEAL because they were the cheapest kits where ever he was at the time, I believe he likes buttery... He is also the biggest squid in the group. Not saying they correlate

The KX power is a lot stronger off the bottom than the sxf and way more responsive. It's not really very similar. It is similar in it being a long pulling powerband.
