9/22/2021 6:54am Or a combined overall for qualifying would be good idea. 1 15min timed qualifier and 1 15min moto. so you have a blend of guys who can run a 1 lap heater but fade quick and guys who can hold on for a longer moto but not good at running a 1 lap heater.

I do this when I’m trying to fall asleep, try to think of tracks and off road races I’ve done and how the track/course goes. Or even tracks I haven’t raced like red bud or unadilla that we’ve all been watching forever. A lot of times going through tracks I rode out in the middle of nowhere as a kid will help me doze off. Also specific trails are relaxing to revisit while I’m trying to get myself to sleep. Lame topic maybe. Off season. Bring back the US Open.

Basically anything on the NESC circuit, even though I haven’t really raced it in years. I used to visualize laps going to bed the night(s) before a race, morning of, and on the line. Hell I can practically tell you which trees need to be trimmed at southwick.
