I do this when I’m trying to fall asleep, try to think of tracks and off road races I’ve done and how the track/course goes. Or even tracks I haven’t raced like red bud or unadilla that we’ve all been watching forever. A lot of times going through tracks I rode out in the middle of nowhere as a kid will help me doze off. Also specific trails are relaxing to revisit while I’m trying to get myself to sleep.
Lame topic maybe. Off season. Bring back the US Open.

MX I can do all of the tracks in my youth
Of present day, most any track I have been to. GH, Steel City, Muddy Creek, LL's
Even though I never raced those, I've either walked them or been close enough to get it
BTW, I too have done it as a means to fall asleep, you're not alone there
Field of Dreams and Englishtown. They mix up the layout, but I ride there a lot.
The Shop
I try to visualize riding our trail loop. It is about 5 miles. I rarely make the whole loop before falling to sleep.
Cahuilla Vet
Glen Helen Main and REM in several layouts. They change but stay "Basically" the same
Milestone Main and Vet (RIP)
Race Town 395 / Sunrise Main.
Perris Main

Riverdale mx
Hammer 663s

I've ridden Glen Helen many times in my mind. Hoping to hit the actual track one day soon.
For some reason I'm able to translate watching a race into the first person perspective.
I really enjoy watching GoPro footage, especially the full Nationals.
