mxnick Added a reply to Who fantasizes about riding a golf course?
12/8/2008 3:18pm I did it! In Ossining New York, sometime starting around 1992 and ending in 1995 we had an awesome track at what was an old golf course. It still had all the paved cart paths, sand traps and ball washes. It was AWESOME! IBM purchased the place to build a corporate building on it, but they never followed through. I...

It was so whooped out and just seemed to go on and on with endless whoops and berms. One winter weekend when the temperature was around 35 degrees I counted about 150 guys riding at...

7/22/2008 2:34pm Dorna tried it with one moto per class, and had three classes, for a total of three races over the course of the weekend. That did not work out. This is NOT what is being proposed though. The way i understand, is that they keep the two moto format, and just do away with the overall winner tabulation of points...

7/22/2008 10:21am I raced at Westhampton in 1989 at the old Go Cart sand track once. That place was awesome, but no where near as cool as the Bridge, which i raced for a few years from 1990 onwards, or at least when it was open. Nice site, keep it up. Dont forget about Rocky Point. I never made it there, but...
