It is with great pleasure that I announce the FIRST public practice of the Oasis Motocross Park! Although the track and the site in general is still undergoing construction, we will be opening for our first official practice day on Saturday February 7, 2009. Practices will be held Wednesdays and weekends thereafter. It is our intention to hold these practices rain or shine. In the event it is raining, this track WILL BE MUDDY, but hey who can't use some mud riding practice right?

Also, you can expect a "main track" which will be very similar to the helmet cam video I posted earlier and is available on the website detailed below, an Arena Cross track, and a Pee Wee track available. Depending on turnout practices may be split on the main track.

**********************NOTICE*************************

These should be considered "Preview"practices and we fully acknowledge that things will require changes and improvements so please be open minded about what you see and how things go. For these reasons, practice fees will be only $15 and spectators are FREE.

Please feel free to download and print the below flyer and pass it around and spread the word. Obviously we are doing this in order to generate some capital to continue to improve and get this thing going.

The flyer announcing practice is available by clicking here

The website URL for this track will be www.oasismotocross.com and that URL should work by the end of next week.
In the mean time, I am hosting it temporarily here:

A temporary website with more details and pictures can be seen here!

Please plan to come out and support the newest motocross park in NorCal!!!

Spent some time there as a kid. My family was into waterskiing and boating and we would go there. Some really good times and funny incidents in my life up there.
