lol I can’t believe Mike P had the guts to go on the broadcast and explain the rule in regards to Jett getting penalized yet he can’t even consistently apply it every time it happens…

How good was watching Jed Beaton today in 4th Moto 2 and was 5th overall for a while. Loaner from Yam USA with his CDR suspension. Also Brodie Connolly running 3rd for a while too. We had Davies leading and Connolly 3rd for a while. Two small countries one with a population of 27 mil and the other with bugger all, both killing it. As an Aussie who lived through riders hardly qualifying for SX and outdoors to Aus racing at MXON B finals we have come a bloody long way.

8/16/2026 5:18am Alex Larwood, new Australian mx2 champ, also scored a top 10 finish too. New track and bike and minimal preparation time but still a solid result. Minear had a pretty lackluster weekend but he should be contender in the coming years. Good times for Anzacs on the big stage

8/15/2026 7:07pm He continued on that "line choice" up to the crest too. I'm surprised the commentators didn't mention it, it was blatantly obvious and the AMA was very quick to penalize Jett and bring in the official to clarify/justify it, yet here we are, and crickets...

Yet another example of a rider having to fight to get what he wants, despite the team thinking it wouldnt work. Best performance of his US career so far , looks like he he did when he rode GP's. Not counting out a Moto win , if he actually realises that you dont have to follow lappers . Bike looked fantastic, in contrast Tomac's looked too stiff in the rear, and too soft in the front. AP needs heated grips on his, to keep his hands warm when he pushes it back.

For the 2nd moto start today, most have seen Kitchen and a few other riders tangling up and blowing the first turn and headed towards that photographer. Well, that photographer was me haha. I've seen comments online asking if I was fine and to answer, yes, I got out of that situation somehow completely unharmed. I went right back to shooting pictures after that.
