7/31/2020 12:08pm For a more modern pick.... I think the best looking bikes out there in the last couple years are the JGR rides. (and I'm a Yamaha guy)
Would maybe kill for one of these....

7/31/2020 12:03pm I have a '17 150sx and '19 250sx. I think the 250 is by far a more versatile bike and would suggest that. The 150sx is super fun but it is more challenging to ride fast. Some days I just don't want to put in the work with that bike. As others mentioned, it's a big bore 125 and you have to ride it like a 125. Bottom end is pretty gutless on the 150 but has a huge mid-range hit. It can be tiring. The modern 250sx is really smooth and easy to ride. You wouldn't be disappointed with...

7/31/2020 12:02pm At the age of 56 I bought a new 2013 150SX to save myself from dying on my '05 YZ250. Easy to ride, incredibly fun, still runs perfectly, looks awesome, and I have not died yet. Great bike. Oh yeah - 6'3" 178lbs.

7/31/2020 12:02pm I would go with the 250 with maybe a flywheel weight to smooth out the power. The current KTM 150sx is a 125 with a big bore kit on it. The bigger piston is harder for the 125 motor to push, so it revs differently than a true 150. Before 2016, the 150 was a purpose built bike, with a different engine than the 125. Here's the change in bore and stroke: 2015 - 56.0 x 55.84mm 2016 - 58.0 x 54.5mm If you're looking for a purpose built 144, I would suggest the TM144mx (bore and stroke 56 x...

7/31/2020 12:00pm I’m 220-225Lbs. I rode a 150 for awhile . On hard pack or rutty tracks, that 150 had PLENTY to make it happen. On a few tracks I would run quicker laptimes on it than I have ridden the 450. It is THE most fun bike I’ve ever owned , and will probally get another in the near future.

7/1/2020 6:40am Well, I'm sure there's other bikes, but a friend has some lines laying around from a CRF 450X that have some bends in them and I grab one when I need a similar application. #14 an #15 in this diagram. Sure come in handy now and then! https://www.cheapcycleparts.com/oemparts/a/hon/523217b9f870021ec8e3ac0a…

6/26/2020 9:10am This sounds similar to what I may wind up with. Permanent installations seem to be a bit much for a 5x8, and would cost about the same as the new price of the trailer.

6/26/2020 9:07am So I have a 16' trailer that has barn doors on the rear. I hold 1 door closed with a strap and then got a piece of foam insulation from Lowe's. I cut a square so it just sits over the top of a small window unit. Nothing permanent and I just set the window AC on the floor and it hangs out and cools the trailer. Thought I had a picture of the setup but not finding anything.

6/26/2020 8:59am the petcock and the carb in my 95 cr125 are at a bit of an odd angle, and the fuel line tends to want to crease. Looking for a factory pre-formed line with a 90 deg bend to prevent the crease tendency of the line.(instead of adding an elbow and extra clamps)

6/26/2020 6:06am I know, its smaller than a broom closet, but i like it. 6' interior, it could be a nice place to retreat to in the 95+ deg heat. Id like to put a "real" AC unit in, but not sure if they make one that makes sense for such a small space. Id use a window unit, but dont want to...

6/16/2020 1:40pm I shot a ton of really cool video of the track when we were there shooting the vurbmoto launch video. Once I out of this SLC groundhog's day marathon, I plan on putting together a quick edit that will be very nostalgic for many of you Bremen fans like me. Spent many, many Thursday and Saturday nights there myself growing up. Obviously the track is still there, and the school purchased about half the land the track used to sit on. The Kelly family stills owns part of the land, specifically the area the SX portion sits on. That being...

6/16/2020 6:29am 60 years old, ride 60A class. Moto every weekend. You gotta give it a chance, both breaking it in, and adjusting your ride style a tad. I tried an 18 350 a couple years ago, and sold it after 4 hours. I was convinced I needed all the grunt of a 450. I'm into my 2020 FC350 at 11 hours, enjoying it more than any other scoots I've had over the last 5 years. One thing that made my transition to the 350 easier, was that for the last month prior to buying the 350, I was riding a YZ250...
